Requirement:

6 Q; r1 I- S% G5 X9 d5 B( s$ o2. Have hand on skills on cleaning and maintenance
/ O+ `( \8 A( U& L2 i! z3. Have education in any of high school, college, university and other qualified institutions
! J2 N- Q+ a8 R+ ~# D( i9 M4. Able to use smart phone, apps, softwares, browsers and emails' K8 P+ V3 ?5 v# q7 O/ m8 u; b
5. Has class 5 drivers license# @" n/ L* O9 a; J; v
6. At least 1-year work experience in any field. j4 F% a; j" h- v: D" M' E

Job Duties:) U6 V6 k" t- A
1. Complete maintenance and cleaning tasks with proper tools! ^8 K& c9 j. E: x7 x
2. Ensure safety of self, other associates, tenants, owners and public during the performance of tasks
, a. F, s- d! O9 n' i9 i& H3. Communicate with other associates regarding tasks, budgets, costs, and other information related to the duties
3 O% y( X# _0 Z6 m- q. n4. Coordinate with tenants with entry schedules and issue notices
