As this is a key tenant-facing role in the company, the successful application will have extensive experience with residential management, communication, project supervision, and financial & operations reporting. 7 Q k( s* x0 M1 J- B5 s, e( _

Collection of rents and arrears, including initiating legal action when required.

Maintenance
/ }* J/ o: `/ I# APreparation of appropriate preventive maintenance plans for assigned properties.% {1 M8 ?9 K1 J& G% R7 A" V
Monitoring and supervision of site staff for unit turnovers and routine maintenance activities.

Sourcing appropriate third-party vendors to provide services to the property as required.

Ensure on-call maintenance requests and emergencies are handled promptly, including in-person attendance if major incidents occur.
