+ q- B, B4 l1 m0 Y. H; dCollection of rents and arrears, including initiating legal action when required.

. j* Y% _$ f+ Y8 G. v4 ]Preparation of appropriate preventive maintenance plans for assigned properties.
$ e8 U9 ?" a+ I) q$ TMonitoring and supervision of site staff for unit turnovers and routine maintenance activities.

Sourcing appropriate third-party vendors to provide services to the property as required.# l7 Z" Y* C! W1 ~, t8 I( a2 W
Conduct regular inspections of the properties to ensure first-class operations are maintained., ~! D# ]" ^% B4 _7 @9 @
Plan and recommend capital improvements that may be required." r1 u2 l) H2 U4 H, ?; Y. c
Ensure on-call maintenance requests and emergencies are handled promptly, including in-person attendance if major incidents occur." l5 I( E$ y" P$ U6 A' F, c
