As this is a key tenant-facing role in the company, the successful application will have extensive experience with residential management, communication, project supervision, and financial & operations reporting.

Any experience managing a portfolio of residential properties.

Oversight of day-to-day operating expenditures for the properties.

Maintaining awareness of the local rental market and recommending appropriate rental rates, leasing strategies, and incentives to control vacancy.0 z' e2 s/ C- S: p. I/ X6 u
Maintenance
+ k2 F6 s/ x6 `. b- |" H& X; n0 p, r5 O) r3 o
Preparation of appropriate preventive maintenance plans for assigned properties.0 F4 {: g& y, y; y% h
Monitoring and supervision of site staff for unit turnovers and routine maintenance activities.2 |/ u9 b8 X) N# _4 V& {
Ensuring all properties are in compliance with local building and safety codes.) d; ^+ t9 L( S$ z
Sourcing appropriate third-party vendors to provide services to the property as required.
* @5 T# F) o; B. t. r) BConduct regular inspections of the properties to ensure first-class operations are maintained.8 `% H7 ~/ o8 B! ~: R
Plan and recommend capital improvements that may be required.
+ x9 F& v9 @+ u: A5 S& AEnsure on-call maintenance requests and emergencies are handled promptly, including in-person attendance if major incidents occur.- ~( F$ ^$ G0 q! i
The duty of a Resident Manager ensures the satisfaction of the tenants and the Landlord.
