As this is a key tenant-facing role in the company, the successful application will have extensive experience with residential management, communication, project supervision, and financial & operations reporting.

Maintaining awareness of the local rental market and recommending appropriate rental rates, leasing strategies, and incentives to control vacancy.$ U. N$ j$ P# w3 K- V
Maintenance U" Z$ x( d* M D- J* B. S
* u5 k$ E; j( I+ }1 y _Preparation of appropriate preventive maintenance plans for assigned properties.: O3 r, v: e: m6 D
Monitoring and supervision of site staff for unit turnovers and routine maintenance activities.4 T) g6 f! W5 \
Ensuring all properties are in compliance with local building and safety codes.( I+ s9 O P0 _- ~* o
Sourcing appropriate third-party vendors to provide services to the property as required.
! t+ a% j$ k" EConduct regular inspections of the properties to ensure first-class operations are maintained.
! E u0 Q, t |# `Plan and recommend capital improvements that may be required.$ @% \& Q' m' }0 U: |) l
Ensure on-call maintenance requests and emergencies are handled promptly, including in-person attendance if major incidents occur.
