As this is a key tenant-facing role in the company, the successful application will have extensive experience with residential management, communication, project supervision, and financial & operations reporting.$ [" E j0 {. Collection of rents and arrears, including initiating legal action when required.
6 R/ X' ^! O. C- T& z1 `Maintaining awareness of the local rental market and recommending appropriate rental rates, leasing strategies, and incentives to control vacancy.

O4 N* G" ?5 A2 R' j) PPreparation of appropriate preventive maintenance plans for assigned properties.

Ensuring all properties are in compliance with local building and safety codes.( J# M- Y7 ]- m! R5 Q
Sourcing appropriate third-party vendors to provide services to the property as required.
, a( F! V/ t$ M {Conduct regular inspections of the properties to ensure first-class operations are maintained.
