Geography Research Assistant.

; N/ r: V1 t+ `8 p5 \% ^1 NSalary to be paid will be $15.00 per hour for 30 hours per week.

0 z3 W1 a" r  }1 Z( c/ r- SThis position is for 10 weeks total.

4 l+ b# c. [5 lAs an urban geography research assistant, you will be working on a
% y. }1 O2 R% Q* t  |: d6 ?funded project to examine changes in access to healthy food in Edmonton
between 1970 and present. Duties include searching electronic databases,
undertaking land title searches, manipulating databases and spreadsheets
3 g0 ~+ s+ e: |, Z7 _and GIS analysis and mapping.
! W% Z$ V( ?4 w
Qualifications include an interest in urban geography, secondary
literature search proficiency, general research experience and GIS
skills.
