recruiting for the full time summer position of International Admissions

) L) h& e' n; g( w. t) ^Salary to be paid will be $15.95 per hour for 35 hours per week.

Duties include: file matching, controlling unmatched documents,
7 L( x/ ]/ b' o1 l: K' |: Canswering student inquiries over email, phone and walk in visits,
maintaining paper flow procedures for Faculties, creating pdf files of
9 o5 s9 B5 m5 U/ E& h& \admission letters to be emailed to students living at international
" F& H/ n: }: t: L0 x5 z! _0 xaddresses and general office duties.

Qualifications include ability to work in a fast paced busy unit during
, i+ z' x: E: C2 `5 |% Npeak admissions cycle, strong spoken and written English language
( {" t1 y4 g( P$ J4 w' t1 Askills. Other languages other than English will be an asset. Suitably
/ I: j+ E9 |7 G6 }proficient with computer use (MS Office); Peoplesoft (OASIS) experience
' L  B% {+ i4 u# j) g/ ^an asset, excellent organization skills, motivated and able to follow
, h4 ~+ Y* M+ pdirections.
