6 T  Z/ j- x- k9 m6 _Salary to be paid will be $15.95 per hour for 35 hours per week.

3 |( y, ^7 P5 X. [& cDuties include: file matching, controlling unmatched documents,
answering student inquiries over email, phone and walk in visits,
maintaining paper flow procedures for Faculties, creating pdf files of
+ a5 V9 R& J) A6 h; c# S! kadmission letters to be emailed to students living at international
addresses and general office duties.
# @0 G" y4 `# o7 t% v& x
Qualifications include ability to work in a fast paced busy unit during
peak admissions cycle, strong spoken and written English language
8 t3 W0 |' v1 f, w, A* Gskills. Other languages other than English will be an asset. Suitably
proficient with computer use (MS Office); Peoplesoft (OASIS) experience
. b9 w( l% n) b; ban asset, excellent organization skills, motivated and able to follow
# V' J0 d; {: H  U' Mdirections.
