recruiting for the full time summer position of International Admissions

' p5 }% s, e9 [1 f: v0 r0 C1 zSalary to be paid will be $15.95 per hour for 35 hours per week.
2 B% |: i; Q, g6 O5 M( f6 i: k. k- I/ i
Duties include: file matching, controlling unmatched documents,
6 j7 x0 S# R6 S6 Y4 kanswering student inquiries over email, phone and walk in visits,
8 q- {; ~" B/ v. [# y3 @* u+ Smaintaining paper flow procedures for Faculties, creating pdf files of
admission letters to be emailed to students living at international
0 v/ W% s: O4 a( E' ~& vaddresses and general office duties.

Qualifications include ability to work in a fast paced busy unit during
peak admissions cycle, strong spoken and written English language
6 t  ~8 i5 l% A2 a6 J; Bskills. Other languages other than English will be an asset. Suitably
! H5 Y, e6 G1 g# p- y1 p% Gproficient with computer use (MS Office); Peoplesoft (OASIS) experience
an asset, excellent organization skills, motivated and able to follow
9 k0 Z2 ^# T. N. T7 [: O6 L. cdirections.
