: D* v6 c+ C4 _9 ~* a) C! {4 k( e, Y" zSalary to be paid will be $15.95 per hour for 35 hours per week.
% [0 F7 r# d7 ]! q* A1 @0 C" V
8 F( O! y% [! \1 m  \( @# V5 LDuties include: file matching, controlling unmatched documents,
answering student inquiries over email, phone and walk in visits,
. T- C& i: s& a: Omaintaining paper flow procedures for Faculties, creating pdf files of
6 I$ F. K  `6 a& {; \; Jadmission letters to be emailed to students living at international
$ P8 p( G1 \. f: caddresses and general office duties.

Qualifications include ability to work in a fast paced busy unit during
, Y7 [. \/ V. M+ ]peak admissions cycle, strong spoken and written English language
skills. Other languages other than English will be an asset. Suitably
proficient with computer use (MS Office); Peoplesoft (OASIS) experience
- s5 F% R4 Z, a2 t1 _an asset, excellent organization skills, motivated and able to follow
directions.
