; h$ l, W- J2 {Salary to be paid will be $15.95 per hour for 35 hours per week.

2 x7 W' y, Y7 z4 U( @7 f# [4 h0 V* cDuties include: file matching, controlling unmatched documents,
: S3 j6 A7 N, ~- v- N; F/ J5 s1 k4 Banswering student inquiries over email, phone and walk in visits,
) i9 C* J+ j7 H# |' Z1 v% Hmaintaining paper flow procedures for Faculties, creating pdf files of
/ H0 d7 P2 P8 y* o' ?& oadmission letters to be emailed to students living at international
6 {& P' `4 e4 m$ aaddresses and general office duties.
7 K# K: |( Z' O8 s6 Y
Qualifications include ability to work in a fast paced busy unit during
% X% {: e* C$ m0 E( ]) ?0 t6 J& ^peak admissions cycle, strong spoken and written English language
/ o$ D" e% Q& ^: X, C* C9 m- L2 Tskills. Other languages other than English will be an asset. Suitably
proficient with computer use (MS Office); Peoplesoft (OASIS) experience
2 K! M5 D" z! ^an asset, excellent organization skills, motivated and able to follow
directions.
