The University of Alberta - Office of the Registrar is currently
recruiting for the full time summer position of International Admissions
Student Intern.

- E/ K! j* R3 t  E4 |Salary to be paid will be $15.95 per hour for 35 hours per week.

+ A# A  p' ~& U* A/ rDuties include: file matching, controlling unmatched documents,
3 M. W8 n( p; K$ M8 R+ Yanswering student inquiries over email, phone and walk in visits,
maintaining paper flow procedures for Faculties, creating pdf files of
admission letters to be emailed to students living at international
" c4 N+ I/ r8 d8 X0 J; }8 Xaddresses and general office duties.

/ M. M2 l% U( w1 r4 b/ h( CQualifications include ability to work in a fast paced busy unit during
2 c- ?. m7 {' R9 C: p+ ], I/ v4 _peak admissions cycle, strong spoken and written English language
! R& ^* [5 E8 rskills. Other languages other than English will be an asset. Suitably
proficient with computer use (MS Office); Peoplesoft (OASIS) experience
an asset, excellent organization skills, motivated and able to follow
5 x7 i& {/ P" S$ D6 y/ E0 W8 Cdirections.
