8 z, r* F: E, Z. F0 T' t8 l; CSalary to be paid will be $15.95 per hour for 35 hours per week.

+ H8 T$ x& t2 Z+ M3 w6 S4 p: f6 \Duties include: file matching, controlling unmatched documents,
answering student inquiries over email, phone and walk in visits,
' H" m  _* V+ D: n* u" Dmaintaining paper flow procedures for Faculties, creating pdf files of
9 x6 B6 Q: Z/ `/ f  c) uadmission letters to be emailed to students living at international
9 N% X- K6 f9 u; ]8 N8 c7 Maddresses and general office duties.

+ P& }! [$ C* d$ Z5 J/ p8 n8 J4 Z1 @Qualifications include ability to work in a fast paced busy unit during
peak admissions cycle, strong spoken and written English language
" x" y0 K; q; b3 wskills. Other languages other than English will be an asset. Suitably
proficient with computer use (MS Office); Peoplesoft (OASIS) experience
an asset, excellent organization skills, motivated and able to follow
