6 o5 a- U( e' t8 H4 W8 `Salary to be paid will be $15.00 per hour for a 40 hour week.

Duties include: working closely with graduate students and research
: e/ H1 y7 q) e5 ^! D7 d4 T" Ctechnicians, the candidate will work on the synthesis of intermediates
for use in chemical and biochemical research. Particular duties will
include carrying out chemical and/or enzymatic reactions and purifying
compounds by chromatography.

Qualifications include successful completion of courses in organic
Chemistry (Chemistry 263 or equivalent) and ideally biochemistry and
- H/ H7 e/ H; X, t2 C; n0 K9 ganalytical chemistry; familiarity with basic biology and chromatographic
/ H; P: Z9 u) Nseparations important. Attention to detail and ability to work as part
of a team essential.
4 W/ z- Y- k" i1 ZThis position will provide the candidate with experience in biochemical
and chemical research and would be ideal for students who ultimately
hope to work in these areas.
