A few minutes ago, the Consulate General of P. R.
4 l! X1 S3 M: ]4 [9 ~0 J9 n9 bChina in New York called CSSAP mentioning the possible
# h3 w% T/ h, |$ lnegative effects of the recent Virginia Tech shooting
tragedy on Asian students, which include Chinese
students. Although the gunman has been currently
identified as a student originally from South Korea ,
it is recommended that Chinese students at UPenn and
in Philadelphia can also pay some more attention to
+ Z7 i  |% ?3 [/ e; E/ Qsafety issues in the near future. Rumor reporting that
the shooter is Chinese should be stopped。
