Job duties:

( ]- g7 ]. C8 T4 q2. Arrange the viewing appointments
3. Maintenance requests follow up
0 D! M8 V# q$ v9 h: m4. Handling phone calls and emails
! M! N: A4 ^3 V4 W7 B3 T0 g) a5. Bookkeeping
+ @( k7 s" g) A  l# M6. Visit the building and enter the units
7. Live on-site is preferred
8. Maintenance and cleaning may be needed
9. More duties to be assigned by Chenjie

Live on-site:
1. The employee is preferred to live on-site for at least 2 nights per week.
2. The employee may bring a roommate to occupy the space after the employer's consent
