The two-year project, facing 111th Street, will add 126,000 square feet of leasable space on the ground floor — and two levels of parking above.: c, B* W& B8 Z3 Z% B& Z3 @
0 i' D% f* S. W- W& d' m“Part of the redevelopment will include enhanced site lighting and closed-circuit TV security systems monitored 24 hours a day, seven days a week,” said Southgate general manager Paul Fairbridge.2 G( t& t$ U% V

The expansion is expected to create at least 500 new full-time and part-time jobs.
