Brief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.  
Duties and Responsibilities:
2 _8 N4 v* q' Y0 ^5 H1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
4. Calibration of Equipment
' b# ~$ u& U9 ~5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
7. Other duties as assigned
8 U5 \2 X1 I3 C: k& }Skills and specifications:
! E9 ~6 l6 z4 u- ^5 H9 G* C) R1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
* x% ~( S5 W+ v7 C3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
( K3 b7 b& D- q" S4 Z% ^4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment
