Brief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.

1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
4 d; d6 ]3 b- n4 S/ @& ~5 F2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
4. Calibration of Equipment
5 w( O2 B3 a; `; H0 M! w5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
' i1 m0 U. Y1 `" p# C0 O6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
7. Other duties as assigned
! |1 S2 f6 G" }! m! P7 u, _6 xSkills and specifications:
% F9 }/ B& [0 t, }% O1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
1 ]/ [6 O; N6 N* c0 I3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment
5. May need to work different hours
