" ]( C7 N. C8 T! {; _6 a& }% J* G8 ZBrief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.  
: U6 [- Z4 E$ d; V  ^8 C. A0 g, wDuties and Responsibilities:
1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
4. Calibration of Equipment
* s4 |; }' d1 f' g4 g4 I* ^5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
% o  N6 C0 x' \6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
7. Other duties as assigned
  J+ x. d+ P, D+ {- L/ @Skills and specifications:
1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
6 B% M  U  U4 [# h2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
: j) c0 E1 G+ w+ h: g) m3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
5 s* U( x$ `3 f" b# ]  p% `) T$ J4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment
5. May need to work different hours
