, B/ F$ F% x; r4 [7 X  rBrief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.  
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
4. Calibration of Equipment
: y7 z- Q0 X+ Z% `6 D+ ~9 T4 y5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
  s; \: K1 y& z% h* E: h3 ?! Q6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
! q; x. i! u: C5 Y. D  E7. Other duties as assigned
Skills and specifications:
5 Y4 f) L4 q! E0 m1 c1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
  u2 k: e6 S2 t: E' N8 y0 ]0 ?* p) g! u2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment
