Brief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.  
, S3 a$ S$ q. e! aDuties and Responsibilities:
1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
. H* j3 w/ I. K- T% P  H3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
4. Calibration of Equipment
! D! l% l* |3 K" ]1 O/ a1 J9 ~+ \5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
7. Other duties as assigned
' ?; Y5 a$ }6 v5 s5 `9 e* LSkills and specifications:
1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
" ^$ k3 Y/ h. T( m  Q7 Z2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
" S- X/ B8 q) D  M/ j3 b3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
9 e. J5 ^! X5 a# C3 q& \4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment
  H; f3 M+ s5 A, s4 D6 Z5. May need to work different hours
