Brief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.

# i% b. E9 ]3 G! j1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
  G2 I0 d/ @% S, h7 j& B3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
6 P: S5 b+ @' C7 q2 F) _0 ?4. Calibration of Equipment
5 G% i% V3 `/ Y$ {! @: v' \5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
7. Other duties as assigned
+ `$ G6 Y+ R; f% n! H0 }+ nSkills and specifications:
; ?% ~% n; q4 }" K2 F( E1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
% l+ M3 p! \$ ]* C7 Z1 j. u" P3 k' ~3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
3 S( Y! Z8 J& j: z' y+ W4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment
5. May need to work different hours
