Brief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.  
2 ?& q1 p+ X- q; ]0 eDuties and Responsibilities:
1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
+ b, a1 p6 U: v, L3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
4. Calibration of Equipment
5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
% \& c( K& w0 Y9 S6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
7. Other duties as assigned
% z! J* A, u3 ?4 `% Y/ T! ZSkills and specifications:
1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
7 c9 I- d* l; _& x' w2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
! z; K) l+ E" g" g4 W5 R/ o/ ]3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment
5. May need to work different hours
