Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors.

Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies.

Education and Experience Requirements$ W3 O% {) l! O
Knowledge of appropriate software including: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures: y3 u: }2 s j# |4 x$ H

Attention to detail and problem solving skills
