Create email templates for operations department

% ?# y" a+ k; Q5 Q/ S7 G0 ? }% v# zSubmit and reconcile expense reports
$ {5 h9 ] g' C+ VAct as the point of contact for internal and external clients
1 H$ u& m. j5 z% X; R4 J$ R7 Q5 w+ v# aLiaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers- k6 s4 V6 i0 G0 p' M" W* g

) X1 I0 y1 M) BExcellent with programs and very computer/tech savvy

Strong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail @: h& ^; ~7 g, t" M
High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
