Create email templates for operations department; R% J: G) l8 L# Y
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

Update and maintain office policies and procedures
! y( U4 h2 H) I; `: Y- ^Submit and reconcile expense reports$ l4 Z# Y! d8 M4 H
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients- O7 a- S: z7 C# |: P; R
Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

Excellent with programs and very computer/tech savvy

Strong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail% [/ ~4 [7 U3 T* I, ~/ r- o1 W
