Ÿ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
Ÿ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
Ÿ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.
任职要求
& B& ]- _# o* D8 jŸ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
Ÿ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
, V& r, Y; f) E3 V5 L: @Ÿ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
Ÿ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
Ÿ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
+ C; }4 S, R- I& ^- p# bŸ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
Ÿ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
" @1 R, z9 ^, v7 PŸ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
Ÿ   Excellent communication skills
4 Z( N% K% a; p4 u8 IŸ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ÿ   WHMIS
Ÿ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
- n- c/ t% k! P. P( o- cŸ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
Ÿ   Valid driver’s license
% x: V/ D6 z5 H8 P: _! mŸ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
4 j; x, Y% N4 Y- Y" V6 f! \Ÿ   Computer experience required.
+ x9 {6 C- W6 ]" f6 @6 rExperience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
