工作职责
9 {2 J0 w! f1 B1 _Ÿ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
Ÿ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
2 R$ T+ Z2 A9 LŸ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.
任职要求
Ÿ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
! T$ t" t- k- lŸ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
9 B2 y' z! x! w" kŸ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
Ÿ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
Ÿ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
Ÿ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
& i; }( s  `! J. I* A! v1 vŸ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
5 Z2 @( y* f1 B7 KŸ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
Ÿ   Excellent communication skills
+ A& w, l% A6 s" Q9 SŸ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
# J7 C+ s6 e* y5 T+ T6 d1 RŸ   WHMIS
  d2 a6 c- Z/ l/ X' Q, jŸ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
Ÿ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
- c, F( J* H; h/ W% J% OŸ   Valid driver’s license
Ÿ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
* y0 ?( u' w  J$ _; D' AŸ   Computer experience required.
Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
