. |; H# a! n/ ~* g- v) [8 T! GŸ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
Ÿ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
) B( p) o. n" s7 L& uŸ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.

- c9 e  f9 y% T( p3 P1 QŸ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
0 ^4 g+ A) P& C- |Ÿ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
Ÿ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
Ÿ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
5 {9 m5 B/ l! w- R' ?4 `8 xŸ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
, @5 k- k7 ?5 p: b5 Q8 X! P1 OŸ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
* g. ^- i2 d8 TŸ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
Ÿ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
Ÿ   Excellent communication skills
$ u8 ^, R% g' F: S7 ~4 I+ z) E! [Ÿ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ÿ   WHMIS
. v( v4 L  C2 w' dŸ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
Ÿ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
# x6 b* q% q! G5 k: m# ^, u7 wŸ   Valid driver’s license
Ÿ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
Ÿ   Computer experience required.
Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
