5 i1 {0 M% K1 B+ b6 ^Ÿ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
: G2 d+ f# C  ^Ÿ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
Ÿ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.

! U8 ?9 A5 v7 }Ÿ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
. X+ U0 P5 q% t8 j# fŸ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
# V- q3 z6 M, p, bŸ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
& c: U% P* m: O: ^" [* b% [Ÿ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
Ÿ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
Ÿ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
$ A. d6 j9 n" `' R. Y* @4 xŸ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
Ÿ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
Ÿ   Excellent communication skills
  {( _* @" @( y! ~Ÿ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
6 z6 ~+ `, Q8 u, T+ m0 v. wŸ   WHMIS
Ÿ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
& Y. ]3 B5 C: Y) RŸ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
0 O5 P9 S0 E- r3 e9 SŸ   Valid driver’s license
( c% T/ g. x' b/ g7 L$ A9 JŸ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
Ÿ   Computer experience required.
Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
