-Position: Sushi Food Prep (Hiring Full-time & Part-time)

-Job Description
( r' t1 @& l: {. d8 aThe Sushi Food Prep Teammate is responsible for the day-to-day operations including making sushi and other offerings in compliance with recipes and standards while delivering an exceptional guest experience.
-Job Responsibilities:
& }5 Z; v1 b1 TCreate high-quality sushi including cooking rice, rolling sushi, temperature recording, cutting, packaging, labeling, and date stamping.
' F5 A% c( I2 n4 G: h/ BEnsure all operating standards including food safety and quality are adhered.
0 |4 P. M4 g  C3 t  U3 I" nProvide a high level of guest satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.
6 Z$ Z* ^" `3 T( Q3 oMaintain cleanliness and organization of kiosk.
+ ?% G1 [; A4 e: g/ JOrder and receive raw materials and dry goods.
Maintain daily production records.
! g) H1 r6 I5 `Perform monthly inventories and training of new teammates as required.

Ability to lift up to 20lbs, Ability to multi-task and work in a high-paced environment Ability to stand for an extended period of time Flexibility to work various shifts and weekends Likes dealing with people Ability to work in a team.
