Responsible for regional/office network implementation and maintenance, including WAN/LAN/Voice solution design, network equipment configurations and deployment, network system troubleshooting and health checking.' i- g9 G4 [+ H5 i* z4 L( V- k
Responsible for system implementation and maintenance, including windows server system, web application system, database and storage system.8 @2 B3 B/ }& I7 }
Responsible for IT infrastructure construction and maintenance, including IT server room, structure cabling system, video conference system, UPS etc.
9 s6 P2 w, Y9 i& Y8 P# i. bResponsible for service provider quotation, biding, negotiation and supervising the engineering work provided by service provider.
& y4 w: K: a9 k8 b {1 HResponsible for desktop/laptop provision, prepare corporate standard OS/Software/Application and security settings before distribute to end users.6 b: ?; ?1 `" H7 {7 D& o
Responsible for user training on IT platforms/OA/Application/Services.
/ ~5 K) b( o4 R ANetwork and server system maintenance and troubleshooting. IT infrastructure maintenance and troubleshooting.( G; ?6 m( G1 ~7 C
Implement IT standard/policy in responsible offices. Analyze business requirement and initial the IT project to satisfy the requirement.4 B2 t7 Z2 f2 ^5 i+ L' z
Build IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, server room, cabling, door access control/CCTV etc. IT service incident management, availability management, capacity management, continuity management, data backup and recovery etc.
