Responsible for regional/office network implementation and maintenance, including WAN/LAN/Voice solution design, network equipment configurations and deployment, network system troubleshooting and health checking.
2 W+ g7 p6 N- N& M$ @. J' oResponsible for system implementation and maintenance, including windows server system, web application system, database and storage system.7 v$ \: F8 H6 {
Responsible for IT infrastructure construction and maintenance, including IT server room, structure cabling system, video conference system, UPS etc.! D" y! E8 i( \( }+ ?! g- {1 c2 b
Responsible for service provider quotation, biding, negotiation and supervising the engineering work provided by service provider.
' ^% } Z( V Y6 UResponsible for desktop/laptop provision, prepare corporate standard OS/Software/Application and security settings before distribute to end users.
, L# _" n9 A6 r; _2 n; O* k9 ] gResponsible for user training on IT platforms/OA/Application/Services.
3 q/ ?% x" [& P6 w: tNetwork and server system maintenance and troubleshooting. IT infrastructure maintenance and troubleshooting.
( U. a! R& d+ E; R( ^Implement IT standard/policy in responsible offices. Analyze business requirement and initial the IT project to satisfy the requirement.
/ t! P: k% |, y: |( \ ]' D# n0 xBuild IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, server room, cabling, door access control/CCTV etc. IT service incident management, availability management, capacity management, continuity management, data backup and recovery etc.
