Job Description
& o: w/ c+ V/ ?( T2 G( C* ~Responsible for regional/office network implementation and maintenance, including WAN/LAN/Voice solution design, network equipment configurations and deployment, network system troubleshooting and health checking.
- E) {8 m; G; ~' O/ S2 D0 @Responsible for system implementation and maintenance, including windows server system, web application system, database and storage system.3 j: _4 z) z; Q3 X% \- P2 n9 Y
Responsible for IT infrastructure construction and maintenance, including IT server room, structure cabling system, video conference system, UPS etc.9 s5 t, _+ `/ Q) H
Responsible for service provider quotation, biding, negotiation and supervising the engineering work provided by service provider.' P5 h8 B% D. b" U& Q* U
Responsible for desktop/laptop provision, prepare corporate standard OS/Software/Application and security settings before distribute to end users.( P) |& V9 h1 |: M3 U9 J
Responsible for user training on IT platforms/OA/Application/Services.1 u w* B6 B% s
Network and server system maintenance and troubleshooting. IT infrastructure maintenance and troubleshooting." J8 {$ T0 ]* L
Implement IT standard/policy in responsible offices. Analyze business requirement and initial the IT project to satisfy the requirement.
; u! u0 R3 N$ zBuild IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, server room, cabling, door access control/CCTV etc. IT service incident management, availability management, capacity management, continuity management, data backup and recovery etc.
