CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

Responsibilities:
" m" v8 M  p" a7 h' a7 ]9 Z4 i•        Manage all accounting transactions
•        Publish financial statements in time
•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
% D* s9 E" s$ j3 y•        Ensure timely bank payments
+ ?% j* k9 O- h•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
5 T; S# `) n  |3 y2 b  K•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
1 K9 ]' D9 u5 G4 ?0 T  ?+ b7 T0 b•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Accountant Requirements:
" l; X% C8 H5 r3 ~# v8 p; @
•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
3 X7 O; ?- `, p* q% H1 b! [# O•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
! @; b' c! I1 |$ j, G•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

4 a% A' M+ v; m* E2 R! ~Salary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
