CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

Responsibilities:
•        Manage all accounting transactions
•        Publish financial statements in time
•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
•        Ensure timely bank payments
•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary

Accountant Requirements:
# `/ H4 U: z; z8 X* ^( D
•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
' v% X- t9 L; F) @9 O) M7 P3 K5 g•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
: Q0 w8 U: U4 j# C( v•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
" O! A& a, i$ _# E; t9 H•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
9 f) i0 H$ ?7 k) t0 N, E•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
) W8 \7 t' v& T) p•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

Salary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
