CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

Responsibilities:
, G3 {) H5 e6 S  w6 @•        Manage all accounting transactions
  ?3 F& @0 a8 y4 i/ O* G•        Publish financial statements in time
•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
/ m$ u/ a9 Q8 p8 q) y•        Ensure timely bank payments
•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
' Z0 W9 E) e( R7 y2 L•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Accountant Requirements:
8 i5 e) c+ A$ P7 H$ V
•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
1 e% E. B4 d! i- f•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
4 `  a6 `5 f- h•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
) m* K0 ~/ v2 R* ]: x1 X•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
$ w1 s% T8 G# ?5 K' a; r7 u4 p•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

Salary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
