. y: T- m( T6 l% x( x1 i• Maximize company sales growth and profitability through the use of creative selling skills, teamwork and customer service
) |$ D& U- A2 q• Self motivated ability to work with little or no supervision
• Ensure store presentation standards and cleanliness
/ l8 m5 _- m2 p3 B- R# s/ L• Maintain knowledge of all product information, intranet communications, and current advertising and marketing initiatives.
• Maintain flexibility with schedule to meet the needs of the team and overall business.

8 E, I& H- E1 E1 Z( ?, m" W• outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient at analyzing numbers.
/ k5 A; w% _) k  E4 E6 N• Able to work under fast pace work environment.
: H- d4 \# t$ I9 r. Y# e3 E& w• Adept at problem solving and ability to manage change in a positive manner.
• Strong computer skills and knowledge
• Ability to work independently and self-motivated
% \' l# Y: ~3 e$ E0 J. y* u' |• Act professionally, ethically and with integrity to use good judgment.
; S0 j- U. B( U, | • Strong time management. Strong attention to detail
• Previous customer service experience
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

  W" `6 O; l$ G) r) N• Availability - evening and weekend shift are a must
• A Post-secondary education is minimum requirement
