Job Responsibilities:

/ U! P" N# Q; z$ I% X• Maximize company sales growth and profitability through the use of creative selling skills, teamwork and customer service
2 r1 z  i* V/ X: V4 J, ]• Self motivated ability to work with little or no supervision
/ r5 Y; Y# ?$ A5 P; r: h# Q• Ensure store presentation standards and cleanliness
• Maintain knowledge of all product information, intranet communications, and current advertising and marketing initiatives.
' w$ b. ~1 L* v0 g% o2 r1 k• Maintain flexibility with schedule to meet the needs of the team and overall business.
8 u9 N, W; `7 {3 x1 o• Help with moving furniture in showroom and assemble the display.

Qualifications:

• Proven strong sales and customer service
' n6 _$ w. U9 J5 Z3 ]• outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient at analyzing numbers.
• Able to work under fast pace work environment.
• Adept at problem solving and ability to manage change in a positive manner.
• Strong computer skills and knowledge
• Ability to work independently and self-motivated
• Act professionally, ethically and with integrity to use good judgment.
• Strong time management. Strong attention to detail

8 H& h! [2 p# F9 K• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
