• Maximize company sales growth and profitability through the use of creative selling skills, teamwork and customer service
8 x' e$ u$ [6 _+ r* a& s+ Q: f% M. r• Self motivated ability to work with little or no supervision
• Ensure store presentation standards and cleanliness
• Maintain knowledge of all product information, intranet communications, and current advertising and marketing initiatives.
- G- b" R2 {4 D! I• Maintain flexibility with schedule to meet the needs of the team and overall business.

! B8 Y  c2 }+ y  ^; \  L, n2 a3 u• Proven strong sales and customer service
• outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
; O7 p* F# b, ]9 T% D1 v• Proficient at analyzing numbers.
• Able to work under fast pace work environment.
* ]7 y* [! ^/ E8 f9 ?2 A3 p* U/ ~• Adept at problem solving and ability to manage change in a positive manner.
6 S1 y+ w1 A+ Q9 M• Strong computer skills and knowledge
/ t/ H( y: Y- A$ E* U• Ability to work independently and self-motivated
• Act professionally, ethically and with integrity to use good judgment.

• Previous customer service experience
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

• Availability - evening and weekend shift are a must
