Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:
- Secondary school graduate
- Minimum 6 months experience in a related role.
0 i9 X. y- Q/ Y+ O" _+ w8 @" {7 h- Team player and development minded.
- Strong communication (verbal and written), customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn and operate new software and technology.
) Q+ x( D; f4 M% J  V7 l% z0 ^- Detailed orientated with good time management and organizational skills.

- Previous customer service/banking industry experience an asset.

- Some experience with conflict resolution required.
