Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:
3 E! X0 K! ]! k5 i. S/ V; H- Secondary school graduate
- Minimum 6 months experience in a related role.
" A2 A* C6 Z$ K: L2 h  Z2 U- Team player and development minded.
- p+ B" S" W# Q2 Z# N  h  Q- Strong communication (verbal and written), customer service, and interpersonal skills.

- Detailed orientated with good time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task, and work independently.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
1 e. B2 C0 G7 ?* _/ Y: I- Previous customer service/banking industry experience an asset.
2 j. S6 u1 x/ j3 r8 m/ B$ C- Ability to handle large volumes, tight turnarounds, and multiple deadlines.
! {) T. t; U0 K: A8 s" B  Z- Some experience with conflict resolution required.
