Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:
5 ^+ m2 U, c& O$ B: f) Z- Secondary school graduate
1 Q( L6 g( s9 }% [. y) C/ H! M/ |- Minimum 6 months experience in a related role.
- Team player and development minded.
# O; X! {' @( ^; e% _3 N6 A- Strong communication (verbal and written), customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn and operate new software and technology.
- Detailed orientated with good time management and organizational skills.
- q) P5 v% a: S, N, U9 i/ w- Ability to multi-task, and work independently.
8 U  ^( x" \4 C" z' ~4 J* a- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Previous customer service/banking industry experience an asset.
- Ability to handle large volumes, tight turnarounds, and multiple deadlines.
+ u) A% c$ T# }. Z4 B7 F7 p- Some experience with conflict resolution required.
/ A7 D8 R8 m5 L7 F; u/ `- Cantonese and Mandarin language skills an asset.
