Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:

" y( T, X" j& b; f6 ~6 X- Minimum 6 months experience in a related role.
- Team player and development minded.
% @' e. Z6 d* h! d$ {- Strong communication (verbal and written), customer service, and interpersonal skills.
1 Q- I8 N) Z, C7 C- Ability to learn and operate new software and technology.
- Detailed orientated with good time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task, and work independently.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
+ b" l9 C5 K6 a( C3 ]. B- Previous customer service/banking industry experience an asset.
- Ability to handle large volumes, tight turnarounds, and multiple deadlines.
- Some experience with conflict resolution required.
