Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:
-Completion of a post-secondary education
-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
$ {* ^7 K; C3 k% L3 ^) F-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
- S' d- ^9 ]; q% E4 U& n- v& }-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
) Q' _* G* V- s& a/ K3 B-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
, B% ?' Y9 ]  F+ T; h9 K1 L-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
# m+ x; c0 o7 R; ?9 P-Sales Experience is an asset
/ N7 N! i# o: b: `-Fluent in English and Cantonese
5 O  c4 l4 f" n) E: W. N" z& {-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
