-Completion of a post-secondary education
% J) T6 [' V' m7 t3 U  Q-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
7 s5 E( r5 Z7 b; h9 _9 w5 h-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
( @- v+ }. F8 C) L-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
" l8 a9 E' i, ?4 B0 d) r, J-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
6 Q' N7 M' y. X2 U8 e8 T0 ~-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
8 `9 c. p# J0 B* k  Z, O-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
+ B' j/ H" O' j' _% Z-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
; U/ f4 {. @! M-Sales Experience is an asset
-Fluent in English and Cantonese
( z2 O# r% Q3 x  a% y7 c-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
