6 P! ~: E* ?9 P: s3 q3 ?8 lPLC, HMI and SCADA programming of control systems in a variety of platforms for water and wastewater treatment systems.
- Y9 g5 ^) h& `/ b, F* M* wConfiguration and testing of PLC data and IO networks.
6 H* A% u I% R- _ Q# f \Read and process engineering documents, including P&IDs, process design guidelines, Electrical Schematics, Communications Network Architecture and engineering best practices guides.% e9 e% l r$ o7 J
Collaborate in cross-functional project team discussions and meetings, and proactively seek relevant details for programming deliverables.) b) f$ W" F5 k! A& v
Interpret and follow contract and customer specifications
; R+ b: r' q7 W6 m4 X! L+ SContribute to the design of process controls strategies and documentation with operator and equipment safety in mind.
' V) l& Q- t3 J2 ~) z$ Z* h) TManage budget, scope and schedule and report risks and opportunities to project managers in timely manner.
/ D- R- m: W% C% x( _/ ULead/coordinate/guide other automation programming resources for projects as needed0 ~0 p1 h# ?5 I1 f: N* O4 \3 f" ^0 ~
Communicate in a formal, professional, and technical manner to various audiences6 d/ q9 t. n: |" |3 v2 o
Provide timely support for field service teams during commissioning, trouble-shooting, and issue resolution p, {" {. x- T5 A4 r
Work with 3rd-party system integrators to coordinate plant design and operation as needed0 \: ?9 D/ K/ v# d4 |2 Q
Establish, maintain, implement and follow standard practices for programming.
; ^1 T4 W; T2 E( @) q5 VExecute projects for a wide variety of Water Treatment Technologies (including Ion Exchange, Immersed and Pressurized Ultra Filtration, Membrane Bioreactors, Reverse Osmosis, Electro Deionization, Electrodialysis Reversal, Thermal, Conventional)
2 [+ L6 F( z* E) Z; ?Participate in customer witnessed FAT, SAT and other related Control System checkouts as needed
$ t- a. R5 b( F# f$ p! cWork with internal stakeholders to provide input up front in the project cycle including bids, design reviews and factory testing

Requirements:

Qualifications/Requirements:

' ]2 E; _# ^: h2 \Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Equivalent from an accredited University or College+ [; E- \0 d- C7 Q8 h
Two to five years' experience developing Rockwell based PLC, HMI and SCADA programs for process control applications.; B' Q3 B/ `, s6 t5 b
Automation testing experience (simulation and/or field environment)( a& r$ k* y: g. ~
Experience interpreting process control documents.& c" h" k& v1 R: V
Excellent written/verbal communication skills and problem-solving abilities
/ t6 [+ Y0 O2 c5 K$ [/ a9 vProven ability to follow set of procedures and standards, and extrapolate new concepts from established standards
6 a5 X {) ^* _, {' O" I' r8 |Knowledge of and/or demonstrated ability to learn equipment and processes related to SUEZ WTS products and systems including but not limited to RO/ED, UF/MBR, Ion Exchange, Thermal and Conventional technologies$ a9 m# _4 S1 ^. T I, N3 Z* \9 D) g
Valid passport and driver's license.

Strong knowledge of water/wastewater process: Understand biological processes, disinfection, BOD, coagulation, etc.' M0 I. n! u! D, o3 D
Mechanical experience particularly with water treatment equipment (pumps, valves, instrumentation, relief valves, regulators, pneumatic systems, etc.)
