- Send orders to warehouse to process

- Monitoring shipments, costs, timelines, and productivity.

- Submit ASN and invoice on Customer Portal in Time Manner.* F3 G s. W2 F+ ^( e) ^4 t& e
- Submit weekly inventory update on assigned Portal
" ~# S K7 _* p1 K- Point of contact with warehouse for all related matters
; f$ n8 l5 u# h' l- Point of contact with Factory in China + ?5 T9 J9 e0 R5 D5 T' }5 z0 j3 m
- Check Customer credit and fill backorders accordingly
- Z4 c. ]6 r5 W, K- Communicate with warehouse for shipment shortage
b5 F8 Z) }! d; m4 |4 [- Coordinate and investigate client logistic associated charge backs like shortages, lost/ damage product in transit and missed deliveries with account representative
) E, g1 D8 X1 b) v# u9 ^- Submit claim with Fedex or LTL carriers. Follow up from A to Z.
$ d& k* g0 Y# R- \' ~- EDI accounts related work and others as required . q+ y+ b- n; m: f: D

J! U- W3 f) B: @: o2 Y- Recommend most efficient means of transportation needs and procedures.0 \" k* ~9 g* \2 S8 l
- Support monthly summary of transporter scorecard reports along with tracking metrics.* G* L1 K/ g9 i" [
- Perform on going evaluation and review of transportation arrangement for constant improvement opportunities.' z1 o5 u8 y/ [4 T% o/ ^, C) Y
- Collect scorecard metrics and ensure to persuade changes with suppliers.
: X1 |1 a" |8 {( d; o- Investigate alternative distribution processes effectiveness for definite customers as required.

- Develop and present status reports to improve and supervise logistics order performance.0 c/ ^8 k; @; ?$ |' i+ c8 U G
- Instruct carrier agents and supervise for ample action and results concerning transportation.

- Work out Weekly Sales Report; \( C R4 y& d0 b# y
- Data Analysis on Weekly Sales Through Report for 2-5 key accounts
