- Order Acknowledge by email

- Order/Data entry Accuracy in time manner+ g& G9 w9 i" _* @- E; Z i& d
- Charge Credit Card to approve payment

- Communicate with warehouse if there is any special request or Inventory Shortage

- Submit ASN and invoice on Customer Portal in Time Manner.9 d5 Y* W) {# z1 G. |( f+ e
- Submit weekly inventory update on assigned Portal: v# {( z7 n$ r: n* f
- Point of contact with warehouse for all related matters ) n3 |% l, T' M( R, b- j2 A4 U8 {
- Point of contact with Factory in China ; `, _, P- U: @
- Check Customer credit and fill backorders accordingly
/ C' d2 i4 \* Q; @- Communicate with warehouse for shipment shortage
+ `# O1 a; a; b1 V; }* p6 \5 z- Coordinate and investigate client logistic associated charge backs like shortages, lost/ damage product in transit and missed deliveries with account representative1 D! Q% ]: _! `: H) {
- Submit claim with Fedex or LTL carriers. Follow up from A to Z. ; V! o1 o0 G; r& A* i4 y4 Y! Z
- EDI accounts related work and others as required 8 F9 r; r8 X A% z& X

" @5 Y1 k; r* l- Organizing and managing inventory, storage, and transportation.

- Recommend most efficient means of transportation needs and procedures.
4 D( S9 g. R" W/ ?0 N- Support monthly summary of transporter scorecard reports along with tracking metrics.3 Z7 a! ~* |1 l) D* F7 b
- Perform on going evaluation and review of transportation arrangement for constant improvement opportunities.
1 D4 H/ Q. ^; p4 Z) N$ z9 l- Collect scorecard metrics and ensure to persuade changes with suppliers.7 F5 e8 {* [+ e, L
- Investigate alternative distribution processes effectiveness for definite customers as required.# R/ t1 @; Q( f8 u8 ~
- Identify sensitive clients and interact special customer requirements with carriers.
* f) \& u$ F1 ~5 r: M- Develop and present status reports to improve and supervise logistics order performance.: l, ?4 q' d) ]1 @( w# p4 h4 b% n9 L
- Instruct carrier agents and supervise for ample action and results concerning transportation.

- Data Analysis on Weekly Sales Through Report for 2-5 key accounts
