- Charge Credit Card to approve payment

- Ensuring the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of shipments.

- Submit weekly inventory update on assigned Portal2 p, g& O% ~( ?6 {# i
- Point of contact with warehouse for all related matters
  n( S5 g7 d, J0 D8 A& _- Point of contact with Factory in China ; s; J( ~5 b, u8 Z7 j  w
- Check Customer credit and fill backorders accordingly % a% t, m( a) w+ T4 T* ^2 N% s
- Communicate with warehouse for shipment shortage) H: O. _7 @' B2 \
- Coordinate and investigate client logistic associated charge backs like shortages, lost/ damage product in transit and missed deliveries with     account representative3 W& d6 N1 W0 ^  V
- Submit claim with Fedex or LTL carriers. Follow up from A to Z. / p" Y  Y& g0 @7 D
- EDI accounts related work and others as required
& s5 v. f6 M5 N& H9 Q% W: k9 ?( O0 [

- Organizing and managing inventory, storage, and transportation.! `. O# p0 G  O: U! ~
- Analyzing and optimizing logistical procedures
1 d6 {) L3 J% s0 \9 D+ n- @% z- Recommend most efficient means of transportation needs and procedures." V# e0 r" U! f2 P2 e* ?0 S8 j
- Support monthly summary of transporter scorecard reports along with tracking metrics.
; z4 P. _! E/ d3 K) E: h# F9 g- Perform on going evaluation and review of transportation arrangement for constant improvement opportunities.
  A, Q$ x& w+ Q: {- Collect scorecard metrics and ensure to persuade changes with suppliers.+ \: c3 B5 i! g, t3 p& T# X
- Investigate alternative distribution processes effectiveness for definite customers as required.
9 b+ E4 d: l7 z  ~% a0 ?- Identify sensitive clients and interact special customer requirements with carriers.
. x( v& u% ?2 d# j( x- Develop and present status reports to improve and supervise logistics order performance.! h8 a  F! a) k8 M  G( k; [& E
- Instruct carrier agents and supervise for ample action and results concerning transportation.8 \2 r9 u) u$ V% [4 y/ k
- Identify best cost effective procedure of transportation.

- Work out Sales or Inventory related Reports on Monthly Basis or others as required
