Job Description

- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly with Excel, Word and Outlook. Strong Excel skills is required.

Job Duties:

I.        Order Related

- Order Acknowledge by email9 A! c' T! b/ y* a% L1 `
- Order Checking according to guideline

" L+ ?( R% W/ E: N- Charge Credit Card to approve payment
8 h( Q$ K/ ?% F' [, F1 a- Send orders to warehouse to process
- u2 n" M: Y: Q8 Y, {% M- Communicate with warehouse if there is any special request or Inventory Shortage

3 F4 q' k; h' O. r4 `- Ensuring the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of shipments.
  b8 I+ r$ T" R4 w) T, z+ \- Monitoring shipments, costs, timelines, and productivity.
. p2 Y5 T5 I# G! M- Addressing and resolving shipment and inventory issues independently
% M0 U' R2 ?8 a  [- Submit ASN and invoice on Customer Portal in Time Manner.2 o2 L, R: d: t3 h
- Submit weekly inventory update on assigned Portal( w) ]# ?% a! P* D! V8 Z
- Point of contact with warehouse for all related matters 8 S8 J: U% A( g5 C( W6 Q7 E2 r
- Point of contact with Factory in China : H% u5 {, V$ ~
- Check Customer credit and fill backorders accordingly
& Y9 q3 u3 K6 A5 z- Communicate with warehouse for shipment shortage
% V3 H. S% ^' I& ~. `" C6 ]7 R- Coordinate and investigate client logistic associated charge backs like shortages, lost/ damage product in transit and missed deliveries with     account representative1 {: o' o/ z( d$ f8 O/ t, E
- Submit claim with Fedex or LTL carriers. Follow up from A to Z. 4 }3 x+ x3 j' i; Z
- EDI accounts related work and others as required ! |  d8 Q2 b- {+ f1 v1 e

* r- I( o/ K0 K  i- {II.        Logistic: 9 i1 g$ p& t1 J/ U

' m* G- F4 \8 _* r9 F8 O- Organizing and managing inventory, storage, and transportation.! m& ?: F0 J' Y0 \
- Analyzing and optimizing logistical procedures; e; `8 o' C  \  k# ^7 p
- Recommend most efficient means of transportation needs and procedures.# ^! t  p$ R# r  T; B3 |: O& B
- Support monthly summary of transporter scorecard reports along with tracking metrics.& d5 Q/ o4 J: |  w2 {7 I! O
- Perform on going evaluation and review of transportation arrangement for constant improvement opportunities.
9 r! R1 H5 i1 [- n- z- Collect scorecard metrics and ensure to persuade changes with suppliers.; Y9 X1 d; ~5 t3 E# v
- Investigate alternative distribution processes effectiveness for definite customers as required.6 s2 d( {; U7 x
- Identify sensitive clients and interact special customer requirements with carriers.; D- U5 W; C7 T- `. S5 K1 p9 T$ Y" o
- Develop and present status reports to improve and supervise logistics order performance.
  O4 w- h" t/ y5 r; D0 T- Instruct carrier agents and supervise for ample action and results concerning transportation.7 R& |. v+ U& X6 W1 Q8 t  u
- Identify best cost effective procedure of transportation.; P0 r4 L( V2 V% L2 k4 k3 D

- Work out Sales or Inventory related Reports on Monthly Basis or others as required
