The oil major - Canadian Natural Resource has put its upgrader project on hold due to high contruction cost. If you think you are not richer, probably you should put your house dream on hold. Otherwise,  go ahead to build your dream house and pay sky high price.

housing price is on the way up. My friend is san fransisco bought a two bedroom condo for 800k US. She said houses in Edmonton are still so cheap！！！ So it is still good time to buy houses. A lot of space for the price to increase.
But on the other hand, to buy 800k condo is not difficult to people in US. My friend is working as a customer support specialist, she is making 95k. Her husband is making 250k. She said they can easily afford a multi-million house. But they just don't need it.

housing price is on the way down. My friend is Houston bought a 3000 sqr feet house for 160k US. She said houses in Edmonton are too expensive！！！ So it is still worst time to buy houses. A lot of space for the price to drop. On the other hand, to buy 160k big house is not difficult to people in US. My friend is working as a customer support specialist, she is making 65K. Her husband is making 120k. She said they can easily afford a 6000 feet house. But they just don't need it.

san fransisco what kind city is there, edmonton what knid city is here. No lifestyle,No View,No waterfront, No Grass.Only snow left and worker.So Don't compare different class city's price.

: n- z, L! b# r6 ~& P& G, n; tThe average housing price in surrounding area of NYC is well above $550K now, but in the upstate New York (only 2 to 3-hr drive away from Manhattan), the average housing price is only 180K in 2006 and now started declining.
How many hours it takes to drive from here to California? Any relevancy in the comparison of housing prices in the two city?
