•Support, configure, maintain and upgrade network devices, including but are not limited to firewalls, load-balancers, switches.( f/ [7 W5 `+ t* O1 L. I
•Monitor network availability and performance. Review alerts and notifications from monitoring systems and diagnose issues. Perform analysis, performance tuning, troubleshooting and escalate problems as necessary./ B8 X. F R) Z2 I: b0 \% h2 c
•Perform timely response and technical support to all incidents, requests, outages, and alerts.
. L! L& o" G0 w+ i•Develop and maintain the documentation of operations support procedures and incidents.6 r' G& y" O" ^8 f& W% V
•Follow the change management processes for all the production change.' r y- ^) X- ^
•Respond to after-hours phone calls, resolve problems and/or escalate to appropriate teams as needed.

•Strong foundation of networking concepts including routing, switching, firewall, and VPN.3 I7 r+ `/ v" h6 i( k
•Understand the overall design concept of IT system and cloud computing.
( y D& Z/ ?" x•Experience with routing and switching of multiple VLANs (Juniper is preferred).! \7 w% b" l2 {7 p( O
•Experience in network security (i.e., firewalls and intrusion prevention systems).
( J7 {* w' C2 e- P9 n•Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and manage multiple escalated support incidents under tight time lines.9 j+ V' U: C) B3 e! D. E0 i2 J
•Good organizational and logical thinking skills.; C2 g; U9 [! S5 _; U- L$ h
•Excellent documentation skills with detail and accuracy. * a* P, a2 _8 u9 [5 g
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in Network Administration or related field.
