•Support, configure, maintain and upgrade network devices, including but are not limited to firewalls, load-balancers, switches.
6 \$ u& E; g: _2 ?, j•Monitor network availability and performance. Review alerts and notifications from monitoring systems and diagnose issues. Perform analysis, performance tuning, troubleshooting and escalate problems as necessary.
5 w  J6 B. g- q3 G) v' N•Perform timely response and technical support to all incidents, requests, outages, and alerts.
•Develop and maintain the documentation of operations support procedures and incidents.
7 D: G! g& f8 h- W•Follow the change management processes for all the production change.
# k& v+ ]& G. K! D. B2 Z•Respond to after-hours phone calls, resolve problems and/or escalate to appropriate teams as needed.
•Participate in an on-call rotation to provide support for network related issues.

2 l, S" a) ~5 KQualifications

  f& c: k3 L& _2 {: E. F4 X) vYour Capabilities and Credentials
•Strong foundation of networking concepts including routing, switching, firewall, and VPN.
4 ^* ~6 u* R" g& @  @7 ?•Understand the overall design concept of IT system and cloud computing.
•Experience with routing and switching of multiple VLANs (Juniper is preferred).
' f; |) k- w1 _•Experience in network security (i.e., firewalls and intrusion prevention systems).
' Q$ J& B) w. t3 O•Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and manage multiple escalated support incidents under tight time lines.
0 k% ]5 y- l2 k$ _4 x/ L•Good organizational and logical thinking skills.
•Excellent documentation skills with detail and accuracy.
3 U$ l/ u/ k5 P. b$ c# f1 O•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

/ s4 z2 r' k) @Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in Network Administration or related field.

2+ years network related experience.

Position will primarily work in an office setting. May require some field work.
