( ]# o6 X: W1 T" CAs a Shift Supervisor, the incumbent is responsible for the safe and effective operation of the Reclamation and Pond Operations facilities on a shift basis. Other job duties include:

4 O( [0 c6 p% i4 u: I, x- Supervising Shift personnel to ensure reclamation operating targets are achieved.
- Developing and implementing programs focused on the optimization and continuous improvement of the operating plants.
- Ensuring effective on-shift training and progression qualification for operators.
/ L7 C8 l5 h/ u! h. v$ Y- Developing and revising applicable standards and procedures.
- Ensuring a structured approach to managing safety performance and environmental diligence.
- Ensuring effective communications within the Reclamation Operating Group as well as with other departments, and with other operating groups (Extraction).
8 g8 r3 O; R  q- q9 }- Managing shift expense budgets.

$ Z. l- R) }/ H8 X, \- Previous supervisory experience
- Strong leadership skills
- A minimum of grade 12 diploma
: S% `0 ]6 f1 D5 }1 Q3 Z& s! ?- High motivation with good interpersonal, communication, planning and organizational skills
- Several years experience related to large materials processing plant or dredging operations
/ C8 q0 ^5 C( \4 q( t; }, I( G1 {: S- A good working knowledge of OH & S regulations and thorough understanding of Loss Management techniques.
