" d. q/ A# h9 @& UAs a Shift Supervisor, the incumbent is responsible for the safe and effective operation of the Reclamation and Pond Operations facilities on a shift basis. Other job duties include:. t7 G8 s2 u% l% k) s

- Supervising Shift personnel to ensure reclamation operating targets are achieved. , X ?* Y. R n7 R! q
- Developing and implementing programs focused on the optimization and continuous improvement of the operating plants. ( f" z( w1 f" K/ q: F. \
- Ensuring effective on-shift training and progression qualification for operators.

- Ensuring a structured approach to managing safety performance and environmental diligence. 7 L$ J% ?8 [0 x3 A. @
- Ensuring effective communications within the Reclamation Operating Group as well as with other departments, and with other operating groups (Extraction).

Experience and Education Requirements

- Strong leadership skills - T, ], W+ U/ Y# a- D5 T
- A minimum of grade 12 diploma 7 f9 O7 u6 \7 n
- High motivation with good interpersonal, communication, planning and organizational skills 3 W1 l* q6 C: B2 \; G
- Several years experience related to large materials processing plant or dredging operations
, e+ D3 W! g, i( Y- A good working knowledge of OH & S regulations and thorough understanding of Loss Management techniques.
