Job Duties:

- Ability to train staff on customer service matters, stocking up products and sales

( ^' q; _3 d+ k' w7 ~: M1 j7 d9 \- Organize and distribute staff schedules

  @+ R7 T; S# P1 ^4 ]2 O- Preparing daily sales deposits, setting up cashier tills, etc..
" v( s  i& ~: W: n% V3 ]6 p: ~
! h9 Z- e! T' g- Opening and closing procedures

- Load and unload merchandise for sales floor distribution
  b  m3 h" T) C. n/ ?' m
5 B4 x) [+ }, a' [4 d) y8 m& S- Set up floor and window displays

- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally

- Perform all duties assigned by Store Manager

Requirements:

8 |! z! ~, s' u- Willingness to learn, self-motivation, good communication and interpersonal abilities, computer literacy, and teamwork

* x4 C' N7 F2 B+ E! ^( x* N- Must be able to multi-task

: n% r% x' F# S- Prior experience is a plus+

- Able to read Japanese is a plus
