- Ability to train staff on customer service matters, stocking up products and sales

- Organize and distribute staff schedules

) X* m' `% J" i7 X* Y- Preparing daily sales deposits, setting up cashier tills, etc..
) y# ^4 a. E4 g. L7 G
: d/ }. ?. h& G/ y9 Z- Opening and closing procedures
/ M+ O0 g7 A2 ~2 h# P
- Load and unload merchandise for sales floor distribution

- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally

Requirements:
/ }1 V; N  H9 h* P3 Q% Q$ ]# k6 s
- Willingness to learn, self-motivation, good communication and interpersonal abilities, computer literacy, and teamwork

. \* o! _  G3 m/ [# M* p, m- Must be able to multi-task

- Prior experience is a plus+

- Able to read Japanese is a plus

Job Type: Full-time (35 hours minimum)
