4. Teamwork request - Works well with others and independently. Work needs to be done in time manner.

: @) N) {: t: F& \5. Proficient in Microsoft and Excel, especially for Excel, should be able to run/edit as per requests.

6. Organizational and multi-task skills. Could handle high pressure work and cold calls.

7. Working Hour request: 7:00 am – 3:30 pm with 1 hour break in between (Monday to Friday except statutory holiday)

1. Check order Accuracy in time manner

2. Order Acknowledge by email

8 M% Z. G. n, N+ b3. Order Checking according to guideline

+ s4 `7 I# T/ |  M0 v* ]4. Order/Data entry Accuracy in time manner

% T8 H% f# A  p4 k5. Send orders to warehouse

6. Communicate with warehouse if there is any special request

7. Follow up and report about order status

8. Inventory Arrangement

10. Be fully responsible. Inquiries need to be followed from A to Z on your own.

11. High requirement about Excel, needs to assist to run and edit Excel report in efficient manner
