1. 是不是只能邮寄啊，不能网上提交吧？
  @) x3 r1 D' H  r* V! z2. 如果一家三个人 是不是可以都放一个大信封里面一起寄啊。 还是要分开寄去啊。

如果是加急申请更换pr 卡，可以网上递交
* D9 l. b* o9 E! o; t, |  ~6 N% }- _2 qYou require urgent processing of your renewal/replacement Permanent Resident card. To be eligible for urgent processing, you must provide:
% e+ k) u( Z- P# Uproof of travel (itinerary or ticket) that shows your full name, destination and travel dates;
( T6 V1 M, K- bproof of payment for the travel that shows the date you paid, the full amount you paid, and how you paid;
a letter explaining the reason for the urgency; and
3 [! T( b3 M/ d9 _: G/ B! [, h4 kproof of the urgency (e.g. a doctor’s note, death certificate, or letter from your employer).

8 A- ^- }4 v! @2. 我平常周末在邮局帮忙，对此比较了解。如果你用 express post 大信封，可以把材料分装到小信封里面，上面写上各个申请人的名字，然后把这些信封塞进这个大信封里面。
