在这里学会了做很多吃食, 现在向大家介绍一种面包, 很适合我们(至少我和家人)的口味, 也很容易做. 有时我会加一点全麦粉来替换白面, 再加一些燕麦, 更有营养. 可以手工做或用面包机. 如用面包机, 量一定要掌握好.也可以做成一个一个的小圆面包.# {! Q/ W( V4 e2 D

Honey Bread

4 + 1/2 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR

1/3 cup nonfat dry milk) R' g _/ l: W' `2 }
1 teaspoon salt

1/3 cup shortening

1 drop yellow food coloring, if desired

4 v1 x9 B5 X# @7 v! F* \7 h* SIn a large mixer bowl, combine 2 + 1/4 cups flour, yeast, dry milk and
) Z+ d4 x0 ~* I5 `" usalt; mix well. Heat pineapple juice. R/ W7 d* d; R5 r
, 1/2 cup water, shortening and honey until very warm (120 degree) ;5 c4 g$ i! X* W2 q$ X! c* ^

Add to flour mixture, add 2 eggs and food coloring. Blend at low speed/ Z( F9 h9 b7 b2 h% O: t
until moistened, beat 3 minutes at medium speed. By hand, gradually

in enough remaining flour to make a soft dough. Knead on floured ! b, I5 z5 k; ?3 J, @* R

turning to grease top. Cover ; let rise in warm place 15 to 20 minutes

Punch down dough. On lightly floured surface, shape into a round loaf.
/ b; N! N4 I* NPlace in greased 9 to 10-inch pie pan. Cover; let rise in warm place

to 20 minutes (30 minutes for active dry yeast). combine one slightly2 H8 d: W* `. n. u6 |
beaten egg and 1 tablespoon water; brush loaf. Bake at 375 degree
