适合我们中国人口味的面包

在这里学会了做很多吃食, 现在向大家介绍一种面包, 很适合我们(至少我和家人)的口味, 也很容易做. 有时我会加一点全麦粉来替换白面, 再加一些燕麦, 更有营养. 可以手工做或用面包机. 如用面包机, 量一定要掌握好.也可以做成一个一个的小圆面包.

Honey Bread
- R7 L8 D$ h2 [: k/ R% V+ s' O- k+ O0 q) N, H1 E- N
4 + 1/2 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
# v; C  C5 k/ h2 packages yeast+ y6 M) e) U6 C. ^4 C; F
1/3 cup nonfat dry milk+ p( ~9 N8 B2 S& Q
1 teaspoon salt
' m: F! C$ D: k+ d- z1 F7 Y4 R1/2 cup pineapple juice" g/ J. L) d* m) b+ I) t; h
1/2 cup water- P% z5 x. o2 u% R) G
1/3 cup shortening
' X- ~3 H/ F" C# K1/4 cup honey7 c! t5 w7 n! {. g: V; n% ^
2 eggs
; f& U1 J: O9 _$ f) }2 b6 V1 drop yellow food coloring, if desired
. }' t$ F# s0 _5 W9 x
! a% P0 J/ ?+ gIn a large mixer bowl, combine 2 + 1/4 cups flour, yeast, dry milk and
& ^6 {" K: O- _4 Xsalt; mix well. Heat pineapple juice
; D1 G# E1 t" T0 V2 M, 1/2 cup water, shortening and honey until very warm (120 degree) ;
' E) `# ~- c3 @shortening does not need to melt.). v3 B) r+ Y9 B# ~+ F0 D
Add to flour mixture, add 2 eggs and food coloring. Blend at low speed4 D. H' ]$ ?6 \9 W9 k$ i" E
until moistened, beat 3 minutes at medium speed. By hand, gradually 9 ]) K, |1 I# R3 x, }$ u
stir
9 H7 |2 ]- k/ e7 H2 L, E& Hin enough remaining flour to make a soft dough. Knead on floured 9 y2 h4 q1 n. A
surface
4 X! ~9 _2 C3 B, I8 Guntil smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes. Place in greased bowl,1 u. q) W) M3 }7 n) |" k
turning to grease top. Cover ; let rise in warm place 15 to 20 minutes
7 z; P9 f7 e# c& d; ?" Q) V+ F: [(30 minutes for active Dry Yeast).& \- h4 k! C+ S* R% V$ b

Punch down dough. On lightly floured surface, shape into a round loaf.
- L# l. b. h* f5 j" APlace in greased 9 to 10-inch pie pan. Cover; let rise in warm place

& \: H, I- X3 M  {" Xto 20 minutes (30 minutes for active dry yeast). combine one slightly
8 N  [' F" |, c" D# ]! Bbeaten egg and 1 tablespoon water; brush loaf. Bake at 375 degree

% C& p6 U. g) ]& U" f% C6 |  X35 to 40 minutes until golden brown. Remove from pan; cool.
