适合我们中国人口味的面包

在这里学会了做很多吃食, 现在向大家介绍一种面包, 很适合我们(至少我和家人)的口味, 也很容易做. 有时我会加一点全麦粉来替换白面, 再加一些燕麦, 更有营养. 可以手工做或用面包机. 如用面包机, 量一定要掌握好.也可以做成一个一个的小圆面包.. p% L( I% ~- ]/ \: m

- v0 n3 w1 h2 n1 I9 E6 }; h8 O9 D4 + 1/2 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
: i% S+ w- N! d7 L& E2 packages yeast
: a' d6 x1 J% H0 |5 q; ~7 y& ~1/3 cup nonfat dry milk
% L1 J5 f% ^, ~0 t$ V2 V0 r1 x- m1 teaspoon salt
' [& S2 f6 h6 C/ ?, P2 o1/2 cup pineapple juice; b8 U9 l5 \/ X1 R: o
1/2 cup water1 n' h9 c* o0 ~8 q
1/3 cup shortening
3 S. S. M+ f0 }" T0 B: y* D1/4 cup honey/ F0 q' |7 }5 u3 A; ]+ M: c0 n
2 eggs" k' ^! I1 O- z! a7 w
1 drop yellow food coloring, if desired0 C9 W) Q6 Y/ [. \

8 `9 B- A1 z; A- e) `7 WIn a large mixer bowl, combine 2 + 1/4 cups flour, yeast, dry milk and  I! _- H$ g, a( T. r
salt; mix well. Heat pineapple juice
5 H8 Q% h4 m0 C5 I/ a, 1/2 cup water, shortening and honey until very warm (120 degree) ;
9 j6 v, e3 j) X; kshortening does not need to melt.)& J" L6 _, j3 B7 r, Q" c
Add to flour mixture, add 2 eggs and food coloring. Blend at low speed
9 v. G% Q' c; c/ o: cuntil moistened, beat 3 minutes at medium speed. By hand, gradually
% h/ U, {; z0 A; ustir) I' I6 K" V! q6 F/ U3 J" `
in enough remaining flour to make a soft dough. Knead on floured
! W! x) N8 a! m  Isurface+ H5 [- q9 L! o3 w/ V6 z! ?3 B7 W
until smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes. Place in greased bowl,
6 W( o+ T% q7 w% cturning to grease top. Cover ; let rise in warm place 15 to 20 minutes
# W' @! L  L6 Z$ X0 i# A(30 minutes for active Dry Yeast).1 ?+ Y( v# Q( j4 t
' z* a6 I/ @9 ?4 Q3 w, _$ u
Punch down dough. On lightly floured surface, shape into a round loaf.  |$ q2 _2 Y: n3 G$ M! \3 m' q
Place in greased 9 to 10-inch pie pan. Cover; let rise in warm place + s& s4 ~  i; }" D+ {% S
156 f9 _' ~3 \* s  j( f* a! k
to 20 minutes (30 minutes for active dry yeast). combine one slightly
+ z/ V! y4 n4 b; P- \. ybeaten egg and 1 tablespoon water; brush loaf. Bake at 375 degree / ]% O; D% J8 A# Y3 ^, q
for9 G# L# b, a- o1 T0 `
35 to 40 minutes until golden brown. Remove from pan; cool.
