在这里学会了做很多吃食, 现在向大家介绍一种面包, 很适合我们(至少我和家人)的口味, 也很容易做. 有时我会加一点全麦粉来替换白面, 再加一些燕麦, 更有营养. 可以手工做或用面包机. 如用面包机, 量一定要掌握好.也可以做成一个一个的小圆面包.; P4 T* p; _3 V" i8 N2 ^

! R; {( _! u8 D6 O& K; d" \1/3 cup nonfat dry milk
6 q- h- |! p* B; O$ ]1 teaspoon salt+ Y- J( X4 m2 K
1/2 cup pineapple juice1 r4 I1 ^/ I+ l/ X$ s
1/2 cup water2 Z. D k) N7 A( \2 c
1/3 cup shortening
8 r; s, E& L9 y# j1/4 cup honey

1 drop yellow food coloring, if desired

5 W# K1 P% `0 b# z* X* pIn a large mixer bowl, combine 2 + 1/4 cups flour, yeast, dry milk and
5 v0 e) T- Z% v* ] {( hsalt; mix well. Heat pineapple juice. \( t, R$ A: d$ [
, 1/2 cup water, shortening and honey until very warm (120 degree) ;, u, Z3 T* ?% ?3 ]0 ]: G. x( J
shortening does not need to melt.)
8 L9 V- e( I8 f$ S5 RAdd to flour mixture, add 2 eggs and food coloring. Blend at low speed* c% N" F. G3 Z: r, H4 Y
until moistened, beat 3 minutes at medium speed. By hand, gradually 9 {/ H0 X7 {0 M3 o/ Z2 M( e
stir
/ u1 s* J2 s2 t: _5 \in enough remaining flour to make a soft dough. Knead on floured " j3 |# I6 [ a- q& h" a
surface
% w8 b' H" D% F1 Tuntil smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes. Place in greased bowl,# N' f- t* H# M- X% O3 U1 z& i6 U
turning to grease top. Cover ; let rise in warm place 15 to 20 minutes# p! @7 T1 O Y0 X
(30 minutes for active Dry Yeast).& Y4 j4 G( @) U8 I! m
9 I8 P4 o; d+ M" f$ jPunch down dough. On lightly floured surface, shape into a round loaf.
0 `$ t6 v& u: h4 u1 w& D; r" rPlace in greased 9 to 10-inch pie pan. Cover; let rise in warm place

to 20 minutes (30 minutes for active dry yeast). combine one slightly, U; X& O. C- N# ~* X6 m5 o3 Y% E
beaten egg and 1 tablespoon water; brush loaf. Bake at 375 degree
