适合我们中国人口味的面包

在这里学会了做很多吃食, 现在向大家介绍一种面包, 很适合我们(至少我和家人)的口味, 也很容易做. 有时我会加一点全麦粉来替换白面, 再加一些燕麦, 更有营养. 可以手工做或用面包机. 如用面包机, 量一定要掌握好.也可以做成一个一个的小圆面包.  K; k( G3 W$ t) C. K- x' ?

4 ?, B% L- s2 g" Z8 @9 B4 + 1/2 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR$ d+ i+ z- J" T, g
2 packages yeast1 x& H" h2 r5 {" @" h; b1 F) B
1/3 cup nonfat dry milk5 h* ]& T& d/ ^9 u1 j) L$ W; ?9 l
1 teaspoon salt- D# n% v& a; B2 {2 ~6 v
1/2 cup pineapple juice- w( M4 u, ^/ K
1/2 cup water9 ]5 T9 Y& d3 m% e, _: J
1/3 cup shortening
* ~4 Q; P! k: Z1/4 cup honey! I) ~: i! ^  {# U4 a! H
2 eggs
+ W$ a% x% a. C+ b* u1 drop yellow food coloring, if desired; w: ?6 ~1 y2 W1 {7 U
  P, ^3 ^" Y+ v" |" \2 s& R) ]
In a large mixer bowl, combine 2 + 1/4 cups flour, yeast, dry milk and9 m, T* J% M# x6 \/ H* a' e& {1 g
salt; mix well. Heat pineapple juice3 Y& D+ j2 R1 y! `) F9 A- M7 i
, 1/2 cup water, shortening and honey until very warm (120 degree) ;
4 |5 Z! B  i% F" mshortening does not need to melt.)
( v# ~* c, Z( B9 g4 z1 PAdd to flour mixture, add 2 eggs and food coloring. Blend at low speed
2 R, L3 a3 x; d$ J. Q3 x8 Huntil moistened, beat 3 minutes at medium speed. By hand, gradually 3 {  r: m! A- `* m$ [5 I& z5 _
stir, U9 g) ]$ G: S) F# q
in enough remaining flour to make a soft dough. Knead on floured
7 l* z" d; X; q' Hsurface
# u* ?0 p: }3 M0 r: F- F1 Runtil smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes. Place in greased bowl,4 s& }* v7 X8 l9 D
turning to grease top. Cover ; let rise in warm place 15 to 20 minutes
" T/ e# B  Q& ]6 T. K) F8 r(30 minutes for active Dry Yeast).7 S  V( K& a' P( u# s

8 _1 S6 y5 ^1 |9 t/ d  UPunch down dough. On lightly floured surface, shape into a round loaf.. [: s8 k" F- U6 I0 E$ g# ~* ]
Place in greased 9 to 10-inch pie pan. Cover; let rise in warm place

7 s6 O+ A( D8 \to 20 minutes (30 minutes for active dry yeast). combine one slightly; @* H0 U+ w9 Q
beaten egg and 1 tablespoon water; brush loaf. Bake at 375 degree

35 to 40 minutes until golden brown. Remove from pan; cool.
