适合我们中国人口味的面包

在这里学会了做很多吃食, 现在向大家介绍一种面包, 很适合我们(至少我和家人)的口味, 也很容易做. 有时我会加一点全麦粉来替换白面, 再加一些燕麦, 更有营养. 可以手工做或用面包机. 如用面包机, 量一定要掌握好.也可以做成一个一个的小圆面包.

4 + 1/2 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
- K/ i  Y1 @& J2 packages yeast* L" s0 ?$ Z7 _2 t
1/3 cup nonfat dry milk& e- W( t- e' a+ ?  z% a2 h
1 teaspoon salt- P! ~, w* v) k+ d; R6 h8 k& `
1/2 cup pineapple juice, q( @' A2 Y+ o4 ?
1/2 cup water
& L/ ~' _: v' E% c, Y9 ^. o5 C1/3 cup shortening; y/ j1 B# c8 l3 d
1/4 cup honey8 p$ z  ]4 d7 o* Y
2 eggs
" \7 [  Y4 H3 J. H: P1 drop yellow food coloring, if desired
' J+ Z% F2 [# ^6 T1 C! s+ l! b
( y) ?9 l. R( e) @% UIn a large mixer bowl, combine 2 + 1/4 cups flour, yeast, dry milk and5 e$ T6 g, C) U1 U6 H1 w4 n# @$ ?: u& K
salt; mix well. Heat pineapple juice
0 c7 V5 i% \* f( P6 M8 V. d, 1/2 cup water, shortening and honey until very warm (120 degree) ;2 Z& C3 v- x5 ^9 @
shortening does not need to melt.)
7 }: X# D2 t, T* P7 n! R& PAdd to flour mixture, add 2 eggs and food coloring. Blend at low speed
5 A# I8 \# Z$ u/ n- o( \until moistened, beat 3 minutes at medium speed. By hand, gradually

in enough remaining flour to make a soft dough. Knead on floured
) c# K* M; y$ B1 F( g9 K/ B* esurface
) v# A) }- c/ {  s6 ?3 s; C/ zuntil smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes. Place in greased bowl,
+ M. R: ^/ \- H, N1 h1 Pturning to grease top. Cover ; let rise in warm place 15 to 20 minutes) S) L6 Q& B7 c9 z3 ^
(30 minutes for active Dry Yeast).

Punch down dough. On lightly floured surface, shape into a round loaf.; f% y5 d4 r) W8 Z  z3 z
Place in greased 9 to 10-inch pie pan. Cover; let rise in warm place

to 20 minutes (30 minutes for active dry yeast). combine one slightly# u1 l& i3 D! U" Y+ e5 {( g
beaten egg and 1 tablespoon water; brush loaf. Bake at 375 degree

7 Y/ p2 B( e" \- Q. e/ U0 ]" T35 to 40 minutes until golden brown. Remove from pan; cool.
