The Ministry of Children's Services provides financial assistance to eligible lower-income families using:

Licensed pre-schools and
Approved early childhood development programs

You can apply for a subsidy if:

You or your spouse/partner are an Alberta resident.

: e; N4 @  E  B+ X3 m4 NYou and your spouse/partner are currently working, attending school, looking for work or have special needs
OR

低收入有一个数目。今天早晨听 cbc ，两个女士都有不错的工作，也可以领。我觉着我们对政府定义的低收入还把握不准。

根据这个定义，应该不少人可以属于低收入。
