We are currently seeking an executive assistant to work closely with the President to provide all administrative and executive support to facilitate the management’s ability to lead company’s growth.

9 [( p1 T- h8 z6 I7 x/ `8 W( N
- Assist organizing correspondences, documents and information effectively for easy retrieval.
- Handling confidential information at high regard of security.
- Coordinate schedules and plans for the president.
3 C2 ~% |' t9 t8 C# J- Gradually develop understanding of the Executive’s intentions and logics.
$ A9 ?% x2 b7 D$ l- Independently manage multiple assignments proactively and meet deadlines.
- Perform other work-related tasks if needed.

Job Requirements:
3 w* z3 V+ Q* o- I2 A- Well-rounded blend of work experience and personality in a professional environment.
. H5 l$ q. C$ ^) C$ m% _- Previous experience in kitchen cabinet industry is a strong asset.
: A$ Q; B# S+ n6 m3 o0 w. N0 y  M$ Y- Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
6 K8 D8 o1 B; Q$ ~; P6 u, u5 {- Outstanding computer literacy. Even better being tech-savvy.
9 z: [3 g2 m# K* r& k1 h- Previous drafting experience is a strong asset.
