GoldenHome is an established kitchen cabinet supplier, bringing designer kitchen cabinets to thousands of homes across Canada.

We are currently seeking an executive assistant to work closely with the President to provide all administrative and executive support to facilitate the management’s ability to lead company’s growth.

Duties and responsibilities:
: z3 p8 Y; A0 i) g% R
- Assist organizing correspondences, documents and information effectively for easy retrieval.
  {6 T3 V8 K8 X( R& M- Handling confidential information at high regard of security.
- Coordinate schedules and plans for the president.
0 v+ j% g& ^' `0 }8 z- Gradually develop understanding of the Executive’s intentions and logics.
( V, m4 Z, a% K+ J. O1 J% s- Independently manage multiple assignments proactively and meet deadlines.
8 @* E2 x2 W+ F0 J- Perform other work-related tasks if needed.

* ~$ g/ E, Y/ nJob Requirements:
+ Y9 B" x5 y3 p% F- Well-rounded blend of work experience and personality in a professional environment.
- Previous experience in kitchen cabinet industry is a strong asset.
% ~6 ^$ ]4 F# ^& v# x- Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
' j0 ^" l" E8 t+ j$ T, @- Y. @* J6 p- Outstanding computer literacy. Even better being tech-savvy.
- Previous drafting experience is a strong asset.
