In accordance with the Edmonton Chinatown Care Centre’s mission vision and values, the Chief Executive officer will lead the organization focusing on the following objectives:

Adhere to the highest standards of organizational management and fiscal responsibility Build networks, alliances and partnerships
Achieve and maintain accreditation standards
" k- M; y- {( f' X0 g4 ~1 }Engage and collaborate with all internal and external stakeholders

Mitigate risk to the organization.

$ `1 M7 ^" V/ r- e  y7 L: R
A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university, or a combination of management, health and/or public administration courses and related experience is required.
6 _0 v) [; m  Z• A Master’s degree is preferred in a related discipline
& s) y* G1 k) M. T; N. c! L* g5 cExperience:

( u) E, {" l( A+ y5 RDemonstrated involvement with Board’s of Directors.
Public speaking and crisp writing skills are essential.
3 Z! `0 m% d' \. n1 }Senior’s housing, long-term care, supportive living and homecare in a position of leadership.
Professional:

" r( v2 }* B1 j: c( q2 CCurrent or past Member of a professional organization (regionally, nationally or international).

2 L( n* k6 Q2 g/ Y% A# lCurrent or past Member of a Community Provincial, National or International organization.
8 {$ [5 i- f: @, F4 FMaintains current membership within statutory bodies and organizations in or outside the
