In accordance with the Edmonton Chinatown Care Centre’s mission vision and values, the Chief Executive officer will lead the organization focusing on the following objectives:

7 z8 ?) Z8 v3 e1 JAdhere to the highest standards of organizational management and fiscal responsibility Build networks, alliances and partnerships

( ~; a) m/ Q' Q3 D8 j( P4 VEngage and collaborate with all internal and external stakeholders
Be accountable for decision and actions
$ @9 r: m: N; C; b% gMitigate risk to the organization.
Education:

A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university, or a combination of management, health and/or public administration courses and related experience is required.
• A Master’s degree is preferred in a related discipline
* L7 }5 F# X+ g+ A9 V% ^Experience:

Demonstrated involvement with Board’s of Directors.
0 O' M- A, a" o7 u" A! D9 KPublic speaking and crisp writing skills are essential.
Senior’s housing, long-term care, supportive living and homecare in a position of leadership.
7 L  P( w, U) [; @& A. ]Professional:

Current or past Member of a professional organization (regionally, nationally or international).
4 v* D: m, f; K8 x5 J6 [5 U
4 U7 ^% t) c* z9 p! a5 UCurrent or past Member of a Community Provincial, National or International organization.
Maintains current membership within statutory bodies and organizations in or outside the
Center objectives.
