! }2 D6 t$ ]. l( xAdhere to the highest standards of organizational management and fiscal responsibility Build networks, alliances and partnerships
Achieve and maintain accreditation standards
4 B( ]& B- x: }$ E1 zEngage and collaborate with all internal and external stakeholders
Be accountable for decision and actions
* F* e5 g* n) u: TMitigate risk to the organization.

A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university, or a combination of management, health and/or public administration courses and related experience is required.
# c6 x1 ?* J# e6 L4 o( K8 G• A Master’s degree is preferred in a related discipline
Experience:
/ e) M3 M. I4 ?9 R
Demonstrated involvement with Board’s of Directors.
. |; T( n3 ], x! ^2 C1 r2 e3 iPublic speaking and crisp writing skills are essential.
- f- f0 |& p' o* W' s7 ?Senior’s housing, long-term care, supportive living and homecare in a position of leadership.

Current or past Member of a professional organization (regionally, nationally or international).

Current or past Member of a Community Provincial, National or International organization.
Maintains current membership within statutory bodies and organizations in or outside the
