• Answering the phones, call city and inspector, city planner;
• showing the new house and company property;
& o3 e. U( o% b& o7 b& a( I• Organizing mail;
• Creating purchase orders/data entry of work orders and tenant information;
• Organizing files and documents related to contract and leases;

• Flexible work time, at least 0.6 work load;

Qualifications
8 N; t8 o/ t' f) a# d9 q2 L- Minimum 2 year of administrative support experience
- Excellent verbal communication in both English and Mandarin
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, quickbook)
/ q8 K- \# f4 Z( R. L* v+ d+ ?; z- Fast and accurate data entry skills
