RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS POSITION:, U" b9 \6 I) k4 W9 o
• Provide tier 2-3 support for network issues for technologies such as but not limited to:
7 R3 r: T; Q% K0 H6 g) | o Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, 2000, XP, 2003
, ~: H% _) K) s7 j% B4 ] o Microsoft Exchange 5.5, 2000, 2003

+ Y* _1 M% I E' B2 v# Z9 { o Microsoft Operations Manager
3 C/ f u: {9 }, i) b6 @ o VMWare Virtual Server solutions2 a2 w2 n: z7 R" J2 R
o Linux based operating systems
) e) n1 K! U6 s& h$ `, w& w6 _3 m O o Sun Solaris operating systems; R- w$ J( _- \3 J
o Advanced level and hands-on knowledge of Cisco IOS, VoIP, and security knowledge and configuration experience
) ]- c, Z; F S& X4 ]: q• Provide network solutions and recommendations to customer inquires regarding Anti-Virus, Email & Collaboration, Network Security, Migration Strategy, Disaster Recovery…etc.

platform, Microsoft Exchange 5.5 – 2003 platform, Citrix Metaframe platform, Microsoft
+ z7 ?( N0 s6 v9 Z3 mSMS platform, Microsoft IIS platform, Microsoft DNS and Microsoft Active Directory…etc.6 \0 h6 ~) r5 M- W. ?- [7 X
• Advanced Cisco routing and switching and/or firewall configurations

• 5 – 8 years hands-on IT experience2 n: V8 X% v+ d& A/ v
• Excellent written and verbal skills

• Certification should include some or all of the following:

o Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (Windows 2000 or Windows 2003)

• Experience in IT operations and an actively contributing team member in project based work9 `. @% ^5 ^( ~' i8 X
• Advanced technical and hands-on expertise in Microsoft Windows-based migration projects in 800-1500 seat size of multiple domain, sites, and active directory.* G( i" C* |4 {0 N
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy, DFS, Windows Security, Virtual Server, SharePoint Server, Exchange Server 5.5, 2000, and 2005
