LOCATION: EDMONTON, ALBERTA, CANADA
DURATION: CONTRACT OR PERMANENT
SALARY RANGE: Compensation will be commensurate with experience, but overall compensation will be results-based and goal-oriented.

• Provide tier 2-3 support for network issues for technologies such as but not limited to:
   o Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, 2000, XP, 2003
2 b; H2 A8 I  G) D- x   o Microsoft Exchange 5.5, 2000, 2003
8 w6 Z" R9 ]0 S1 f: z# y7 P9 t' `: v   o Microsoft SQL Server 7, 2000
   o Microsoft SMS 2, 2003
0 {/ k4 w  r( t* J( j: p9 u6 q; @   o Microsoft Operations Manager
2 K2 ~5 @# f5 |0 Z! J: E3 h   o VMWare Virtual Server solutions
   o Linux based operating systems
   o Sun Solaris operating systems
7 z3 n. v- C9 w6 t' ?2 w   o Advanced level and hands-on knowledge of Cisco IOS, VoIP, and security knowledge and configuration experience
• Provide network solutions and recommendations to customer inquires regarding Anti-Virus, Email & Collaboration, Network Security, Migration Strategy, Disaster Recovery…etc.

# t- R9 _1 L7 c  L9 `• Administration, architecting, and technical support experience on the Microsoft Windows
" _7 b% M3 ~* K  f  tplatform, Microsoft Exchange 5.5 – 2003 platform, Citrix Metaframe platform, Microsoft
SMS platform, Microsoft IIS platform, Microsoft DNS and Microsoft Active Directory…etc.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:

# ~3 @1 y/ n0 I, o8 s• Excellent written and verbal skills
9 @" ]6 N  |- m" X9 Z1 M$ @• Ability to work in a team environment
• Excellent organization skills with detail AND accuracy
• Excellent documentation skills with detail AND accuracy

   o Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP)

, V3 f. y$ Q) d6 o+ s• Advanced technical and hands-on expertise in Microsoft Windows-based migration projects in 800-1500 seat size of multiple domain, sites, and active directory.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy, DFS, Windows Security, Virtual Server, SharePoint Server, Exchange Server 5.5, 2000, and 2005
