SALARY RANGE: Compensation will be commensurate with experience, but overall compensation will be results-based and goal-oriented.

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS POSITION:
6 f, ^2 L, }0 \# v• Provide tier 2-3 support for network issues for technologies such as but not limited to:
2 [4 P, ~" ]& k* ?   o Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, 2000, XP, 2003
   o Microsoft Exchange 5.5, 2000, 2003
   o Microsoft SQL Server 7, 2000
   o Microsoft SMS 2, 2003
6 w/ W5 p. C" g. w5 R# R   o Microsoft Operations Manager
9 }3 J6 C( P" f# F' T' o9 E   o VMWare Virtual Server solutions
7 d  v! u% v  A$ v, t6 X( N" ]5 {* o   o Linux based operating systems
   o Sun Solaris operating systems
   o Advanced level and hands-on knowledge of Cisco IOS, VoIP, and security knowledge and configuration experience
' [' x& S: v8 s6 c• Provide network solutions and recommendations to customer inquires regarding Anti-Virus, Email & Collaboration, Network Security, Migration Strategy, Disaster Recovery…etc.
& C; `! ~- d% O# {% |0 t' [• Proper and detailed documentation of all support and project related calls
• Administration, architecting, and technical support experience on the Microsoft Windows
platform, Microsoft Exchange 5.5 – 2003 platform, Citrix Metaframe platform, Microsoft
SMS platform, Microsoft IIS platform, Microsoft DNS and Microsoft Active Directory…etc.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:
• 5 – 8 years hands-on IT experience

• Excellent organization skills with detail AND accuracy
  o/ k1 z9 v) B5 K* @3 u1 K+ G7 }• Excellent documentation skills with detail AND accuracy
2 X5 C: ~0 D, r/ M- O# z: L• Certification should include some or all of the following:
1 w7 Q5 W  p0 d9 Y$ m! `( n   o Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP)

• Ability to understand and deliver high quality customer service
' I0 y: u5 i  `" P! i! q1 J• Advanced TCP/IP and internetworking protocol knowledge
• Experience in IT operations and an actively contributing team member in project based work
• Advanced technical and hands-on expertise in Microsoft Windows-based migration projects in 800-1500 seat size of multiple domain, sites, and active directory.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy, DFS, Windows Security, Virtual Server, SharePoint Server, Exchange Server 5.5, 2000, and 2005
• Have 4+ years of network design experience
• Have led medium to large sized projects
• A valid Alberta driver’s license is mandatory
• Clean enhanced criminal record abstract
