SALARY RANGE: Compensation will be commensurate with experience, but overall compensation will be results-based and goal-oriented.

; M+ C- g/ G( B7 S8 ]RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS POSITION:
  w4 W6 c; f2 z3 u3 ~( J% s• Provide tier 2-3 support for network issues for technologies such as but not limited to:
   o Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, 2000, XP, 2003
. G( m- {# K% _1 E3 C: h1 U   o Microsoft Exchange 5.5, 2000, 2003
   o Microsoft SQL Server 7, 2000
2 \# z7 r! t' ~+ W   o Microsoft SMS 2, 2003
   o Microsoft Operations Manager
! H% a: F) @! G   o VMWare Virtual Server solutions
) ~- }" M1 y0 m& ^   o Linux based operating systems
   o Sun Solaris operating systems
   o Advanced level and hands-on knowledge of Cisco IOS, VoIP, and security knowledge and configuration experience
: `8 G/ k" X, S& z6 @, T' j• Provide network solutions and recommendations to customer inquires regarding Anti-Virus, Email & Collaboration, Network Security, Migration Strategy, Disaster Recovery…etc.
• Proper and detailed documentation of all support and project related calls
• Administration, architecting, and technical support experience on the Microsoft Windows
- A6 J; n. N6 \8 f& o4 B+ E, aplatform, Microsoft Exchange 5.5 – 2003 platform, Citrix Metaframe platform, Microsoft
SMS platform, Microsoft IIS platform, Microsoft DNS and Microsoft Active Directory…etc.
• Advanced Cisco routing and switching and/or firewall configurations

# `% e: P/ q% L" h. r! pSKILL REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:
• 5 – 8 years hands-on IT experience
) C! @: _! L3 j4 s$ |- @; A, ?1 P• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Excellent organization skills with detail AND accuracy

; A/ n+ F8 B- C& s  W   o Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (Windows 2000 or Windows 2003)
   o Citrix Certified Enterprise Administrator (CCEA)

! q8 ~! a3 E# ~) p• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple medium sized projects
• Ability to understand and deliver high quality customer service
• Advanced TCP/IP and internetworking protocol knowledge
• Experience in IT operations and an actively contributing team member in project based work
; {2 k- K( n7 X" Q9 _3 {. B8 f• Advanced technical and hands-on expertise in Microsoft Windows-based migration projects in 800-1500 seat size of multiple domain, sites, and active directory.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy, DFS, Windows Security, Virtual Server, SharePoint Server, Exchange Server 5.5, 2000, and 2005
• Have 4+ years of network design experience
9 C, d5 W4 ~7 u  F8 {• Have led medium to large sized projects
• A valid Alberta driver’s license is mandatory
