DURATION: CONTRACT OR PERMANENT

6 B$ ]4 c' x# C  t• Provide tier 2-3 support for network issues for technologies such as but not limited to:
2 p2 }% O/ M* B! k: t' v  }5 L8 j& p   o Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, 2000, XP, 2003
# j; i. O& n& S+ ]5 n( d/ b   o Microsoft Exchange 5.5, 2000, 2003
1 @- u8 P1 ?% d" E9 x/ o; Y/ O0 w   o Microsoft SQL Server 7, 2000
8 R2 n! ?( V$ w, D4 z9 f2 q   o Microsoft SMS 2, 2003
   o Microsoft Operations Manager
   o VMWare Virtual Server solutions
8 l7 q2 n+ L1 b2 ?) ^3 E0 q* c   o Linux based operating systems
. L/ b  r! C8 U: V   o Sun Solaris operating systems
   o Advanced level and hands-on knowledge of Cisco IOS, VoIP, and security knowledge and configuration experience
• Provide network solutions and recommendations to customer inquires regarding Anti-Virus, Email & Collaboration, Network Security, Migration Strategy, Disaster Recovery…etc.
. C& f* \* K) F' y. n+ W• Proper and detailed documentation of all support and project related calls
• Administration, architecting, and technical support experience on the Microsoft Windows
platform, Microsoft Exchange 5.5 – 2003 platform, Citrix Metaframe platform, Microsoft
+ X4 C( D, W: P7 b( \SMS platform, Microsoft IIS platform, Microsoft DNS and Microsoft Active Directory…etc.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:
• 5 – 8 years hands-on IT experience
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Ability to work in a team environment

• Excellent documentation skills with detail AND accuracy
• Certification should include some or all of the following:
   o Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP)
" v2 j- n. F6 M- p   o Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
   o Cisco Certified Internetworking Professional (CCIP)
' w6 ?$ a! V' @, u; U   o Cisco Certified Security Professional (CCSP)
- a+ }6 E7 R3 b1 ?' n. q   o Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (Windows 2000 or Windows 2003)
) Z1 V3 e1 f( r1 v1 d2 k8 s   o Citrix Certified Enterprise Administrator (CCEA)
   o Any other professional certification designations are a bonus
# n8 @. `& |* X  C• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple medium sized projects
, }" i  ?" h$ T, G1 R• Ability to understand and deliver high quality customer service
% f/ U9 @0 w5 V" m5 ~( p• Advanced TCP/IP and internetworking protocol knowledge
' \: f, _" J; [. ?% d• Experience in IT operations and an actively contributing team member in project based work
• Advanced technical and hands-on expertise in Microsoft Windows-based migration projects in 800-1500 seat size of multiple domain, sites, and active directory.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy, DFS, Windows Security, Virtual Server, SharePoint Server, Exchange Server 5.5, 2000, and 2005
