o Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, 2000, XP, 2003
. G( m- {# K% _1 E3 C: h1 U o Microsoft Exchange 5.5, 2000, 2003+ G6 q9 o& G t5 a
o Microsoft SQL Server 7, 2000

o Microsoft Operations Manager
! H% a: F) @! G o VMWare Virtual Server solutions

o Sun Solaris operating systems1 k9 i& S) o5 b* `1 t4 j3 w% O
o Advanced level and hands-on knowledge of Cisco IOS, VoIP, and security knowledge and configuration experience
: `8 G/ k" X, S& z6 @, T' j• Provide network solutions and recommendations to customer inquires regarding Anti-Virus, Email & Collaboration, Network Security, Migration Strategy, Disaster Recovery…etc.% W: w) k( }4 P& L% V
• Proper and detailed documentation of all support and project related calls% `; x, O5 ^5 S7 _# _: ~& g
• Administration, architecting, and technical support experience on the Microsoft Windows

SMS platform, Microsoft IIS platform, Microsoft DNS and Microsoft Active Directory…etc.( Y. G) r2 \% t3 ^
• Advanced Cisco routing and switching and/or firewall configurations

• 5 – 8 years hands-on IT experience

• Excellent organization skills with detail AND accuracy

• Advanced TCP/IP and internetworking protocol knowledge/ U, p8 {( _2 L* I# _6 Z
• Experience in IT operations and an actively contributing team member in project based work
; {2 k- K( n7 X" Q9 _3 {. B8 f• Advanced technical and hands-on expertise in Microsoft Windows-based migration projects in 800-1500 seat size of multiple domain, sites, and active directory.2 v7 N) _0 K! }$ G( q$ r
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy, DFS, Windows Security, Virtual Server, SharePoint Server, Exchange Server 5.5, 2000, and 20055 j" y* Y( ?0 E8 O( U( g4 B
• Have 4+ years of network design experience
