RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS POSITION:
2 Y! b: o7 g; Y; _, H- x- K• Provide tier 2-3 support for network issues for technologies such as but not limited to:
   o Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, 2000, XP, 2003
   o Microsoft Exchange 5.5, 2000, 2003
7 J: k$ U* f: y5 t/ n: |0 |   o Microsoft SQL Server 7, 2000
   o Microsoft SMS 2, 2003
   o Microsoft Operations Manager
   o VMWare Virtual Server solutions
9 L4 K, N6 E" D9 t- P   o Linux based operating systems
   o Sun Solaris operating systems
( T- A2 R8 b; A0 v7 O7 O" u   o Advanced level and hands-on knowledge of Cisco IOS, VoIP, and security knowledge and configuration experience
! [6 g6 F- a3 k4 V- d7 \2 ~: a7 H' X• Provide network solutions and recommendations to customer inquires regarding Anti-Virus, Email & Collaboration, Network Security, Migration Strategy, Disaster Recovery…etc.
7 b# ~2 H0 k( M; Q• Proper and detailed documentation of all support and project related calls
• Administration, architecting, and technical support experience on the Microsoft Windows
' {+ A' D4 d+ f0 W5 dplatform, Microsoft Exchange 5.5 – 2003 platform, Citrix Metaframe platform, Microsoft
SMS platform, Microsoft IIS platform, Microsoft DNS and Microsoft Active Directory…etc.
• Advanced Cisco routing and switching and/or firewall configurations

3 _/ R# J) A- M4 V  a  o7 A4 d0 CSKILL REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:
• 5 – 8 years hands-on IT experience
) K1 |# B" E; A" k  B• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Excellent organization skills with detail AND accuracy

• Certification should include some or all of the following:
   o Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP)

. S/ a9 h0 r: j  T   o Cisco Certified Internetworking Professional (CCIP)
   o Cisco Certified Security Professional (CCSP)

• Advanced TCP/IP and internetworking protocol knowledge
• Experience in IT operations and an actively contributing team member in project based work
: P" p3 l& \& M- f• Advanced technical and hands-on expertise in Microsoft Windows-based migration projects in 800-1500 seat size of multiple domain, sites, and active directory.
! D: F6 W  Y8 S' |0 s• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy, DFS, Windows Security, Virtual Server, SharePoint Server, Exchange Server 5.5, 2000, and 2005
; L& z- g7 J3 M* }! H, S$ B• Have 4+ years of network design experience
• Have led medium to large sized projects
  F8 |# F" l* o# k  v/ |; X) ~• A valid Alberta driver’s license is mandatory
