Calgary police have now laid charges against an 18-year-old Calgary woman following the death of a little girl at a crosswalk in the city's northwest.3 F0 H4 H$ ?* W$ c
Police Sgt. Doug McIlwraith said Tuesday that Angela Ta has been charged with passing a motor vehicle stopped for a pedestrian at a crosswalk, failing to yield at a crosswalk, and careless driving.
