Canada North Camps Inc. (14238 – 134 Avenue, Edmonton, AB T5L 5V8) is looking to hire a full-time Cook who could be responsible for preparing and serving a wide variety of food items while maintaining a clean and safe work environment adding to an all-around pleasant dining experience for our customers.

- Prepare sandwiches, salad bar and other high quality meals
  ^) Y- K3 Q' i- Supervise kitchen staff
- Ensure kitchen staff follow company safety practices
: n  \, L7 q  o. V- Plan menus, estimate food costs, order supplies
, a' E$ S) C- g9 f. I- Manage kitchen operations
- Maintain acceptable levels of food production
- Work night shifts, as necessary
Requirements:
- Completion of college or other program in cooking is mandatory. Associate or Bachelor’s degree in restaurant / hospitality/ culinary arts is considered an asset.
- f0 _! K3 n7 Z+ T- Minimum 2 years of previous experience as Cook in a fast-paced environment is mandatory.
- Good proficiency in English.

This is a contract, full-time position.
Working hours: 10 hours per day, 70 hours per week.
Working schedule: 21 days on and 7 days off.

Location: Simonette Camp (51.5 km west of Fox Creek), Alberta
