) k0 s5 {, \7 L- ^ him either. The city doesn't have a solution on this and you need to find a surveyer and pay $400. I can tell on the RPR without survey. I don't need it. Finally I chose my friend's suggestion.  I hired a guy to pull my fence out and throw it out in a ECO station during the evening when he wasn't home. I email him again saying, “don't build a fence in my private land, build a fence only in your land, I won't even share with you, I'll build my own fence in my land . to be continued.

楼主够粗暴的，其实你自己找个surveyer出个报告，然后去provincial court file a statement of claim, asking the court to issue an order requesting your neighbour to move the fence, also ask for cost (you get your survey cost and case cost). You will win it that way with grace.

Yes, always win in a peaceful way. You never know whether the old man has a gun or something. This is not to scare you, but the reality.  Try to get along with your neighbour.
