Job Duties

; `, f7 F9 d6 G* L: J7 Z: i-Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems;
-Greet visitors, ascertain nature of business and direct visitors to employer;
& H- Z4 H+ V, ~( v$ Y4 b-Use computer word processing, spreadsheet, and database software;
-Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings of employer;
5 u: U  H1 |# w  U4 V- z: m-Answer telephone and electronic enquiries and relay telephone calls and messages;
# G' q" j$ [/ G- V/ t  s8 A1 I-Data entry and upkeep of the company’s databases, ensure a high level of accuracy;
-Prepare and send outgoing faxes, mails, and packages;
-Provide administrative support to management and other staff

-Have vaild driver's license with good record
