-Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems;
-Greet visitors, ascertain nature of business and direct visitors to employer;
# O/ @" [& V) E& Q7 Q+ i: |-Use computer word processing, spreadsheet, and database software;
-Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings of employer;
) m# O3 j0 [/ J# O2 Y8 X-Answer telephone and electronic enquiries and relay telephone calls and messages;
-Data entry and upkeep of the company’s databases, ensure a high level of accuracy;
-Prepare and send outgoing faxes, mails, and packages;
$ q$ C6 ~+ t% L/ m9 ~-Provide administrative support to management and other staff
