主要工作职责：

) @2 X5 W4 z  Y0 I3 m+ ?Job Duties
! N/ b$ f$ A$ g& W+ s7 g0 _* I
-Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems;
-Greet visitors, ascertain nature of business and direct visitors to employer;
- K* W+ m6 R8 z- d# u) Q8 J+ H8 v( a-Use computer word processing, spreadsheet, and database software;
-Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings of employer;
-Answer telephone and electronic enquiries and relay telephone calls and messages;
-Data entry and upkeep of the company’s databases, ensure a high level of accuracy;
- w3 }# w, T7 y- @: E! e( X0 D$ H-Prepare and send outgoing faxes, mails, and packages;
-Provide administrative support to management and other staff

-Have vaild driver's license with good record
-Proficiency in the use of computer programs

-Ability to be proactive, handle simultaneous projects, work independently
