Yong Qiang Chartered Accountant is a small public practice accounting firm that serves the clients in Edmonton and surrounding areas. We provide accounting, tax, and other services for small sized businesses.

We are a paperless office and believe a technology lead to high quality and outstanding service for our clients.
( E& x$ o" X; K! e1 B; K- |. m& iWe are looking for a part time Accountant who can represent our firm by communicating with our clients while performing general accounting duties. You will develop your skills by working on a wide range of assignments. The main tasks will include but not limited to the following:
. h- U3 X) q9 U1 f: Y• Perform Full cycle bookkeeping duties (AP, AR, Bank reconciliations, etc.)
# m; P5 v, Q5 r; o) ?• Prepare CaseWare working paper files, w' i/ x' m% v8 E
• Prepare financial statements
& ` S: n2 M: k' r* W" Z7 i3 P* r• Prepare corporate tax returns
! t* l: f& V2 K• File GST returns 2 T: l; [2 u5 [$ I( N$ i- x$ G
• Process payroll
, M3 f1 H- B0 p9 G B R/ \- n• File T4/T5 returns
/ x1 U& M0 g& w- O( p0 }7 w2 b2 E• Prepare personal tax returns
8 O# ~! q0 ]5 ~• Communication with our clients and government agencies

" G; z$ s' v9 YThe position requires prior public practice accounting experience, proficiency in Caseware, profile, Quickbooks, Sage 50, and Excel. : H2 ?2 l/ U m; ]
