我想问一下埃城哪里有租车的啊？ 再就是留学生能不能lease 车呢？ 如果不能有什么办法吗？谢谢朋友了！

去rent a car,用你女朋友的信用卡没有问题~

如果不是每天都要用车，而只是每周末购物用车的话，提倡租车！办张金卡可以免去租车保险，算下来一个月也就一百多块，不见得比交二手车保险多。
