Job Description:

; |0 s0 K$ q. A& a$ J0 M9 y3 TModify menus or create new ones that meet quality standards
' o3 y" k' \' J2 r3 E: c$ M/ C7 _Estimate food requirements and food/labor costs
Supervise kitchen staff’s activities
Arrange for equipment purchases and repairs
Recruit and manage kitchen staff
0 j2 D- |  R: ~4 g' yRectify arising problems or complaints
- b+ i, R7 z3 u/ LGive prepared plates the “final touch”
& u! {# A  b$ |* d/ h; yPerform administrative duties
Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards

Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers

Proven working experience as a head chef
Excellent record of kitchen management

Capable of delegating multiple tasks

Keep up with cooking trends and best practices
' s% v* i$ `( Z: D8 n1 gWorking knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)
