; C# B0 X6 y! ?. ~( mModify menus or create new ones that meet quality standards
; p( k4 m: M* [" ^Estimate food requirements and food/labor costs
: T4 V( o$ T. O3 W9 e+ v1 t1 ^& i5 XSupervise kitchen staff’s activities
Arrange for equipment purchases and repairs
Recruit and manage kitchen staff
Rectify arising problems or complaints
' ~5 J+ X8 e8 F* ]7 N* R1 M, K4 U6 {Give prepared plates the “final touch”
Perform administrative duties
Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards

Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)
