) v$ w4 F" W3 {$ Y+ pModify menus or create new ones that meet quality standards
Estimate food requirements and food/labor costs
Supervise kitchen staff’s activities
Arrange for equipment purchases and repairs
! |7 y4 s% g8 W8 H" l. m) ORecruit and manage kitchen staff
; O/ Y% _" Y1 g0 \. w! A/ PRectify arising problems or complaints
Give prepared plates the “final touch”
Perform administrative duties
* U3 i+ u1 j) n* XComply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
