Key Responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls, and respond to email and walk-in rental enquiries.# N8 p' u# F8 G7 D( q
• Process applications for prospective residents – ensure credit information, landlord and employer references are correct and complete.& |, D. e0 Y9 h$ I2 l7 }
• Schedule and complete suite/house showings with prospective residents.
' I3 M+ b* J& S9 ~$ @& e6 ]8 M. Q _• Enter and set-up guests and new residents in a database.
* ?) P; |. Y M! n5 f5 o& r• Prepare move-in files and ensure all appropriate documents, cards and keys are enclosed.0 v Y& x2 ~8 e! o4 z* t2 Q
• Schedule and complete move-in and move-out inspections with residents.
& D6 q) [7 g' L/ W9 L/ [/ I• Perform route inspections as required.2 x; d) j$ X" M N5 u; P
• Assist the Property Manager in administrative tasks as required (security deposits, leases).
" r5 v& Z7 z7 x# f7 u, G) P. o4 |• Ensure compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act in all procedures.

• Ensure local, provincial and federal laws and regulations are being observed within the community.

Required Skills & Abilities:
) f% i* Z4 U7 f {• High school graduate; Post-secondary education is an asset# P i9 O$ H9 {0 u% I: w# ^! P, h
• Two years relevant experience in sales, leasing and/or customer service is preferred
! N$ Q+ z8 h& X6 r8 B• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)

• Exceptional communication ability, both written and verbal- Q7 R/ E# H s
• Must have own vehicle and valid driver’s license

• Security clearance required upon offer of employment
