• Greet and qualify customers on the phone or in person with the view that the end result will be a new resident.& K( g1 Q% ?8 z# Z) a# ]
• Post advertisement
8 `6 E# `/ I9 \( O9 t: s• Answer phone calls, and respond to email and walk-in rental enquiries.
' C6 \! f6 z6 P2 l2 E* t+ D• Process applications for prospective residents – ensure credit information, landlord and employer references are correct and complete.
/ o% R& O/ P& s) d, q' J7 D• Schedule and complete suite/house showings with prospective residents.! W6 k* B6 m3 Y) _
• Enter and set-up guests and new residents in a database.+ q, T' {5 Y- U8 s$ Q% G* r4 g! A! {
• Prepare move-in files and ensure all appropriate documents, cards and keys are enclosed.# l Z" h& g5 I) R5 \, {5 m+ b2 y
• Schedule and complete move-in and move-out inspections with residents.
# g, ?* _5 M( }• Perform route inspections as required." p' f9 ^! p# n( j6 u; u W j2 {
• Assist the Property Manager in administrative tasks as required (security deposits, leases).
/ G" e2 \1 t+ w; |• Ensure compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act in all procedures.
9 S! r! p `) K4 S9 {7 b• Execute all work in a safe, professional manner in compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Legislation.

. m$ q" @' n( @- a5 v2 u• High school graduate; Post-secondary education is an asset
+ v7 r# Q9 d; ]9 S6 r• Two years relevant experience in sales, leasing and/or customer service is preferred
) }5 L- W2 f# a) b$ d• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook); G% y9 ^" r$ m/ a: U2 Q$ Y
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills5 S* {8 q3 |' U N: V* _
• Exceptional communication ability, both written and verbal7 a* I/ h' t; s' K
• Must have own vehicle and valid driver’s license4 M% A' R1 v8 D
• Proven customer service and resident relation skills' L/ o: y m8 D
• Must be flexible and willing to change roles or responsibilities as required
