Key Responsibilities:

: m' [: ]( m. T$ |& l6 }$ k% v• Process applications for prospective residents – ensure credit information, landlord and employer references are correct and complete.

• Enter and set-up guests and new residents in a database.5 C$ ^ Q: u; |) S& \9 e
• Prepare move-in files and ensure all appropriate documents, cards and keys are enclosed.; E0 Y* I/ M) O p
• Schedule and complete move-in and move-out inspections with residents., L8 e8 `9 j* }4 J# l& v
• Perform route inspections as required." j2 F, p) k% H6 r( q# L+ I9 \! |
• Assist the Property Manager in administrative tasks as required (security deposits, leases).
+ |6 m, M- S$ J5 O4 U• Ensure compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act in all procedures." K. j( d0 H- q( _- p( @4 C
• Execute all work in a safe, professional manner in compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Legislation.

• High school graduate; Post-secondary education is an asset
; p8 r- J7 u' G) J+ A" @• Two years relevant experience in sales, leasing and/or customer service is preferred! u0 h9 x2 ]% q
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)

• Exceptional communication ability, both written and verbal3 \! ?; l" K. y* Y5 I, i& z

• Proven customer service and resident relation skills

• Security clearance required upon offer of employment
