• Greet and qualify customers on the phone or in person with the view that the end result will be a new resident.

• Answer phone calls, and respond to email and walk-in rental enquiries.
2 F" |% V5 a. t• Process applications for prospective residents – ensure credit information, landlord and employer references are correct and complete.
3 I, g* `: L" \1 o" J& D3 P• Schedule and complete suite/house showings with prospective residents.$ V% U5 B( c0 D% x/ p" r
• Enter and set-up guests and new residents in a database.( f, ?+ I. B) t/ V+ A. ]
• Prepare move-in files and ensure all appropriate documents, cards and keys are enclosed.& Q% Y: T" U8 _1 [3 @: z" |
• Schedule and complete move-in and move-out inspections with residents.
7 n @/ w6 ^6 Y• Perform route inspections as required.
7 N& K1 Z6 v4 n• Assist the Property Manager in administrative tasks as required (security deposits, leases).7 s2 q0 i' ~; M0 |
• Ensure compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act in all procedures.1 O4 B; ?" d" A' o
• Execute all work in a safe, professional manner in compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Legislation.9 p, |. d- ^& |
• Ensure local, provincial and federal laws and regulations are being observed within the community.

1 y4 r7 M) H: g1 F+ T: s, O• High school graduate; Post-secondary education is an asset1 R0 j; a9 \; x& ~: o7 X+ Z( H
• Two years relevant experience in sales, leasing and/or customer service is preferred
6 N% L& V( W9 W. P0 T• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
! j* p/ h' V7 t' d" P. ^• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills2 k- q! I8 Q W, @
• Exceptional communication ability, both written and verbal6 `5 o# Z+ L( D, p; Q
• Must have own vehicle and valid driver’s license+ T7 i6 M. ]0 }4 j
• Proven customer service and resident relation skills

• Security clearance required upon offer of employment
