• Greet and qualify customers on the phone or in person with the view that the end result will be a new resident.

' C3 z u$ s3 f" {+ l: M$ q3 d• Answer phone calls, and respond to email and walk-in rental enquiries.' h1 S3 F; W6 i! g n
• Process applications for prospective residents – ensure credit information, landlord and employer references are correct and complete.2 ^) Q9 x! \4 `% K
• Schedule and complete suite/house showings with prospective residents.
P9 V ^3 a7 X' k2 c' X" F* I. R• Enter and set-up guests and new residents in a database.
8 X7 U" O" g j- n9 A• Prepare move-in files and ensure all appropriate documents, cards and keys are enclosed.* I: f. c, t4 F1 v% s. e4 y
• Schedule and complete move-in and move-out inspections with residents.8 H8 ^2 N- k# L# x' S! F$ N p3 A
• Perform route inspections as required., L! a9 x9 T/ g# m# T: L
• Assist the Property Manager in administrative tasks as required (security deposits, leases).! {* c% l# t& I) F3 T5 y
• Ensure compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act in all procedures.

Required Skills & Abilities:
( v& z* r$ ?2 o7 b4 ]. T! ~• High school graduate; Post-secondary education is an asset, M2 `, b0 o9 N# z2 H, d/ K
• Two years relevant experience in sales, leasing and/or customer service is preferred
" p8 {) g; y; Z7 F6 j+ R d' M3 u" t• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook); P X4 K! H }* {
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills8 ]# N% H: d% f; \
• Exceptional communication ability, both written and verbal
# ?; d* W5 m& B) S+ m" j" F- ]/ k• Must have own vehicle and valid driver’s license
9 q3 i+ P, W; L• Proven customer service and resident relation skills
H- T. q! R5 L J* P* _• Must be flexible and willing to change roles or responsibilities as required
