六月价格持平,销量渐缓, f# z- I& J3 M) w6 d# L
0 E6 r: y$ _ d. W埃德蒙顿7月5日报道:6月份大爱城区住宅房销售量与上月持平,但比去年同期下降了11.1%。6月份共有1117套独立屋售出,比去年下降了10.1%,与上一个月的1119套几乎持平;公寓有465套售出,比上一个月上升了11.5%,比去年下降了18.7%。双拼/联排有173套出售,比去年上升了9.8%,比上一个月下降了14.8%。

7 T1 L( c- E P+ @' P' r, v6 S6月新房上市量为3041套,比上一个月下降了6%,比去年同期下降了4.7%。 截止月底有8179套住屋仍在埃德蒙顿市场上,比去年的7177套和前年的5609套均有上升。
