Provides administrative support to the Asset Inspection department by performing a variety of tasks specific to the NDT testing, reporting function. This involves occasional travel to the job site.

& `* M9 W: I- @( L3 aEssential Duties and Responsibilities:
7 x/ F7 G2 |/ n g% _7 \9 ]· Coordinates various NDT reporting by performing data entry, compiling reports and surveys, report preparation, distribution and submission.
( \( g Q5 {# I/ O0 H* ~% h· Reviews field drawings and inspection reports for accuracy and completeness.$ e/ A9 }/ E2 \0 m. c
· Provides technicians with required reports and assistance with report preparation.1 P& n* A+ x' e- Z% F2 O/ r
· Manages report database.
0 l- q$ E( n3 b% d9 i8 ~7 g! W· Tracks purchase orders and matches with work orders.
/ }2 {$ E. u; r) w( [- l· Organizes and files electronic and hard copy media files.

· Other duties may be assigned as deemed necessary.

3 C1 m. [! `2 s% O! \+ p/ p$ u+ MKnowledge and Skills:
6 l" l" [: l$ g' F2 - 3 years of related office experience. Intermediate computer skills and working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and email required. Previous data entry experience and familiarity with Microsoft Access an asset.1 S u# N0 O- v2 t3 l6 v5 I6 u

Certificate or Diploma in Office or Business Administration would be an asset.
