/ i4 t. ]. a) {) d7 iProvides administrative support to the Asset Inspection department by performing a variety of tasks specific to the NDT testing, reporting function. This involves occasional travel to the job site.

, J! E0 n4 ?+ ? g6 _· Coordinates various NDT reporting by performing data entry, compiling reports and surveys, report preparation, distribution and submission.7 {9 Z2 ]+ k7 I0 h2 `2 a5 |
· Reviews field drawings and inspection reports for accuracy and completeness.
8 j4 l) g- W9 J· Provides technicians with required reports and assistance with report preparation.& I. w- |( e2 k, r, {7 `
· Manages report database.
; ?* @# z' { x1 x. N· Tracks purchase orders and matches with work orders.& f- ?, H; ^5 Q/ X
· Organizes and files electronic and hard copy media files.

+ V. y" d0 `( SKnowledge and Skills:0 M; T3 p- C1 g$ ]" a+ K( _
2 - 3 years of related office experience. Intermediate computer skills and working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and email required. Previous data entry experience and familiarity with Microsoft Access an asset.

Certificate or Diploma in Office or Business Administration would be an asset.4 T, |8 k9 ^# c, {' S, g2 q

Excellent communication, inter-personal and organizational skills and the ability to work in a self directed manner is a must. Must have proven multi-tasking, problem solving and prioritizing skills with a commitment to accuracy and attention to detail. |
