7 t" [2 h( e- b5 l3 u- K# ^Provides administrative support to the Asset Inspection department by performing a variety of tasks specific to the NDT testing, reporting function. This involves occasional travel to the job site.

& c# j8 x1 h1 q& o· Coordinates various NDT reporting by performing data entry, compiling reports and surveys, report preparation, distribution and submission.
! d& s! g- \; a. K4 G( z* R, ^7 g· Reviews field drawings and inspection reports for accuracy and completeness.% N P+ W1 E* d T
· Provides technicians with required reports and assistance with report preparation./ I+ E7 {8 o$ n8 G S2 ]; l% i
· Manages report database.
3 w V9 g6 g! R· Tracks purchase orders and matches with work orders.

· Provides backup support to other members of the department.

3 v+ c3 ] f5 [- a) x) x2 G& L2 - 3 years of related office experience. Intermediate computer skills and working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and email required. Previous data entry experience and familiarity with Microsoft Access an asset.
