Provides administrative support to the Asset Inspection department by performing a variety of tasks specific to the NDT testing, reporting function. This involves occasional travel to the job site.$ z2 I: c6 Q% b/ B) w

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:! ]3 j+ f0 n" u& J/ R, N5 o
· Coordinates various NDT reporting by performing data entry, compiling reports and surveys, report preparation, distribution and submission.
7 k! F4 [& _% i( d2 ]· Reviews field drawings and inspection reports for accuracy and completeness.
4 U; [- h* B# N+ i4 Q· Provides technicians with required reports and assistance with report preparation.* T# i: ~( M+ r9 v, H3 v+ ?
· Manages report database.0 f) v2 s( c4 A9 O& m6 K8 n0 ^' `
· Tracks purchase orders and matches with work orders.
3 S' j/ Z% C S8 H· Organizes and files electronic and hard copy media files.( @0 M0 I' q$ D( j3 A) C$ \1 S
· Provides backup support to other members of the department.

Knowledge and Skills:
6 s$ x) @# }9 x/ \% ^% U5 ?2 - 3 years of related office experience. Intermediate computer skills and working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and email required. Previous data entry experience and familiarity with Microsoft Access an asset.& O# P4 U/ x& W, W4 f4 E3 b
6 h/ C$ v+ n2 z8 V. j/ _! x0 B4 ^
Certificate or Diploma in Office or Business Administration would be an asset.! J& e5 }& w' V. J l
- ^6 S# C2 t7 C: p! T8 vExcellent communication, inter-personal and organizational skills and the ability to work in a self directed manner is a must. Must have proven multi-tasking, problem solving and prioritizing skills with a commitment to accuracy and attention to detail. |
