Job Summary:
& n- ~& X: V m5 A$ QProvides administrative support to the Asset Inspection department by performing a variety of tasks specific to the NDT testing, reporting function. This involves occasional travel to the job site.% z, S1 s) X- a, B8 V @

" E& x, H! n1 \/ s1 H$ H( P4 aEssential Duties and Responsibilities:
/ i6 Q V. ^& D9 [* D· Coordinates various NDT reporting by performing data entry, compiling reports and surveys, report preparation, distribution and submission." t) S4 a4 A/ D! j$ F$ s" v+ _
· Reviews field drawings and inspection reports for accuracy and completeness.
# D. `+ _. i8 } q, D· Provides technicians with required reports and assistance with report preparation.
0 Z( Q9 @ E. V3 {! N! s c- e" g. g8 f· Manages report database.
, q6 s4 M: s, R; h! Y5 S2 i· Tracks purchase orders and matches with work orders.* p: K/ k: ^. M
· Organizes and files electronic and hard copy media files.

Knowledge and Skills:) D/ p; v( M% @5 u
2 - 3 years of related office experience. Intermediate computer skills and working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and email required. Previous data entry experience and familiarity with Microsoft Access an asset.

6 j* y& J. z7 E& BCertificate or Diploma in Office or Business Administration would be an asset.

Excellent communication, inter-personal and organizational skills and the ability to work in a self directed manner is a must. Must have proven multi-tasking, problem solving and prioritizing skills with a commitment to accuracy and attention to detail. |
