Provides administrative support to the Asset Inspection department by performing a variety of tasks specific to the NDT testing, reporting function. This involves occasional travel to the job site.- D, q! _2 V$ B9 K

· Coordinates various NDT reporting by performing data entry, compiling reports and surveys, report preparation, distribution and submission.8 F0 R& |& k+ u) y" |( c
· Reviews field drawings and inspection reports for accuracy and completeness.9 ]% u) G6 H/ T! q- L, g+ h
· Provides technicians with required reports and assistance with report preparation.

( R4 ~; ?# m* g8 u· Tracks purchase orders and matches with work orders.

Knowledge and Skills:% j% w `0 T% v& ?% Q+ @
2 - 3 years of related office experience. Intermediate computer skills and working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and email required. Previous data entry experience and familiarity with Microsoft Access an asset.

) c9 d- h" J8 j; R" ^, yCertificate or Diploma in Office or Business Administration would be an asset.
