No one was injured after a brush fire tore through a section of Edmonton's river valley on Friday night.
  }4 ?9 N- K8 _- p3 D/ tThe fire started around 11 p.m. near the Wolf Willow and Rio Terrace neighbourhoods in the west end of the city.  
4 @( u+ |% N7 B$ o! b+ `- T# eEdmonton Fire Rescue spokeswoman Sarah Meffen said 17 fire trucks were called to fight the fire. It was declared under control at 1:20 a.m., and was officially out at 3:20 a.m.
( f' m& r6 @3 d% F: cThe fire covered a large area of the ravine, Meffen said, but none of the nearby homes were evacuated.
