No one was injured after a brush fire tore through a section of Edmonton's river valley on Friday night.
The fire started around 11 p.m. near the Wolf Willow and Rio Terrace neighbourhoods in the west end of the city.  
# P7 d2 R% p" z$ ~3 i9 jEdmonton Fire Rescue spokeswoman Sarah Meffen said 17 fire trucks were called to fight the fire. It was declared under control at 1:20 a.m., and was officially out at 3:20 a.m.
. n3 A$ y( d% Q4 ?' rThe fire covered a large area of the ravine, Meffen said, but none of the nearby homes were evacuated.
