最近在西南边看房子，觉得下面这套还不错，背对公园，不远处就是豪宅区。但因为是正对着路的那套cul de sac,有人说这算是路冲。。。。虽然我们自己不太懂，但也不想心里因为这个不舒服，所以希望大家能帮着看看这套房子怎么样？谢谢了

Any room to know down the price a little bit? It just appears to be a fancy look with a modern touch. If it is convenient to major amenities and work, it is not a bad choice. When I say convenient, that means you can walk 10 minutes to major shopping mall and community facility.
