DUTIES:: o" b3 M$ H4 Y8 [8 y; {4 n
( @$ H7 ^" _2 M6 h+ G6 g• Answering to the Company Controller, the candidate will assist with invoicing, payables, cash receipts and disbursements, account reconciliation, and G/L entries.+ i; N+ r% e8 N' C9 C8 X
• Candidate will also be responsible for filing, verifying vendor invoices, and various reporting tasks as required.
0 t4 p6 \+ ?8 ~6 G$ F/ j• Candidate will communicate between various departments, including sales, logistics and production to ensure that operations are running as cost-effectively as possible# e* l5 I. l0 l
• Various administrative and order processing duties as required.

1 S& ~% N" Z7 e) Z8 O4 s9 BREQUIREMENTS:

# p! F5 r' @4 J0 x4 W• Minimum 1-year of experience in Accounting or Accounts Receivable/Payable role
+ i: ^4 O" y9 j* e3 \• Post-secondary degree or diploma in an Accounting or Finance related field of study/ H# ]! }' D- f* k
• Aggressive self-starter with excellent organizational and time-management skills# m8 `, o0 m% @+ G- e8 B h
• Must be highly detail oriented with strong grasp of numbers
y# c, H K8 g$ h1 `• Strong computer skills (word processing, spreadsheets, e-mail, data entry)
