• Answering to the Company Controller, the candidate will assist with invoicing, payables, cash receipts and disbursements, account reconciliation, and G/L entries.
1 ~0 r" O$ v" J$ g6 q• Candidate will also be responsible for filing, verifying vendor invoices, and various reporting tasks as required.3 ?% s7 T( Y: `
• Candidate will communicate between various departments, including sales, logistics and production to ensure that operations are running as cost-effectively as possible! ?, S; X. ^; m; q; I! _ Y
• Various administrative and order processing duties as required.

REQUIREMENTS:

$ N4 r4 ]8 n5 O% u; q• Minimum 1-year of experience in Accounting or Accounts Receivable/Payable role& C) O9 e. h& _
• Post-secondary degree or diploma in an Accounting or Finance related field of study
0 T3 ^! ~/ M6 Z. m/ p: |: ^: `• Aggressive self-starter with excellent organizational and time-management skills
0 g! ]0 u5 `# B• Must be highly detail oriented with strong grasp of numbers
. S5 r, @$ B: b" N3 I5 I' R• Strong computer skills (word processing, spreadsheets, e-mail, data entry)
