3 X/ ~" J& X6 @/ E* E• Answering to the Company Controller, the candidate will assist with invoicing, payables, cash receipts and disbursements, account reconciliation, and G/L entries.3 v0 p. ~' n9 W& C
• Candidate will also be responsible for filing, verifying vendor invoices, and various reporting tasks as required.
, z4 r& e7 c/ v) k• Candidate will communicate between various departments, including sales, logistics and production to ensure that operations are running as cost-effectively as possible

; ` [" p6 @& S8 q+ [8 z+ g8 J• Minimum 1-year of experience in Accounting or Accounts Receivable/Payable role- Y/ x; Q- q( h: \* \0 @# ?! {
• Post-secondary degree or diploma in an Accounting or Finance related field of study: F0 n$ @5 {8 r, i: w1 }, y
• Aggressive self-starter with excellent organizational and time-management skills
6 c7 w9 C& v7 ]. K4 n" l• Must be highly detail oriented with strong grasp of numbers
- C8 R; q) T& G; ?• Strong computer skills (word processing, spreadsheets, e-mail, data entry) T3 Y+ N2 Z7 T* I# s$ i9 V S
