POSITION: Junior Accountant

& H/ C. @: H! o( I2 \- k9 P+ rDUTIES:. A- U2 @. R; E" H; x& z
4 e! t- E, L% R5 Q. L$ N# z+ d6 K• Answering to the Company Controller, the candidate will assist with invoicing, payables, cash receipts and disbursements, account reconciliation, and G/L entries.
4 ]2 G3 O: ~7 j0 V7 t: `• Candidate will also be responsible for filing, verifying vendor invoices, and various reporting tasks as required.
3 _% o8 x. W- l! h; x; H% |• Candidate will communicate between various departments, including sales, logistics and production to ensure that operations are running as cost-effectively as possible

. E8 N2 o* {0 l2 J( Z• Minimum 1-year of experience in Accounting or Accounts Receivable/Payable role: M/ d% @# h4 C7 V8 L
• Post-secondary degree or diploma in an Accounting or Finance related field of study
3 N; v( m5 I- x+ g2 A# Z• Aggressive self-starter with excellent organizational and time-management skills3 X% a. P* }( E7 \& x
• Must be highly detail oriented with strong grasp of numbers3 s; q4 C, p- ]: o! n$ i
• Strong computer skills (word processing, spreadsheets, e-mail, data entry)
