/ k- L6 g/ F# O+ @# r) uEmbrace Family Clinic is located in Northgate Mall, now seeking a full time LPN. As a LPN, you will assist your assigned physician with direct and indirect patient care, like taking vitals; health assessment; triaging referrals; and LPN duties as required.

) l) _) ~, I2 E" G4 u$ \9 d•        Current CLPNA registration, CPR and BCLS
& i3 v# N1 s: p. v! W, g•        Primary Care delivery to all age groups
•        Demonstrated and effective communication skills
•        Willingness to work in a dynamic environment that requires flexibility and balancing of competing priorities
+ @0 @6 }5 L6 i3 n•        Proficient computer skills
•        Immunization specialized certification is preferred.
•        Required language: English and Mandarin.
