2-3 times weight exercise, 1-2 cardio exercise per week. Plus cold water shower every day during winter time in order to remove body fat.

游泳基本是我全部的有氧练习,一般2000米@1 小时,每4周游一次4000米@2 小时;3 V) D- T0 b) W
冷水澡在后院进行;+ Z* r( D) w: ]% s
