My furnace stopped working two days ago, installed in 2008, model Carrier infinity 96 58MVB040.
& W0 O% P' f8 `( t BI called Van and he sent his partner Ray come by the next day.
2 X- x; I3 b* {6 l6 A; m. x8 iRay checked it out and gave an estimation in the afternoon. $ s2 G# r& Z9 ^% `
The estimation is higher than I expected, I have to admit. ; L6 n% |( F4 z6 X% K" o* e
However, after I did some research. I found the price is at least fair, if not inexpensive.
1 ]/ E4 ^/ R9 ]' q. A9 GAs I will be out of town today, Ray came over last night at 7:30pm and fixed it. , ~/ D4 S8 j! _& B
So far it runs good. Ray also helped me to install the nest thermostat - I installed it but can not get the fan run. 1 }+ q K3 c" n, R7 [- D
Overall, the service is in high quality, price is at least fair, waiting time is short, Ray is professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend. |
