We have an immediate looking for an entry to intermediate level administrative assistant to join our Immigration & Placement Agency. The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.

, o' ?0 v: W ]2 K, tCoordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments
; y% y2 ~& P! `Write and post advertising for various job vacancies7 j' X& f8 I C- K; m
Advise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines
5 ^% ^. { D; R# ^/ yManage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;; g' p" B) ?* p& ?% f
Oversee file management for all LMIA matters;. i+ J; |+ g) r- d
Ensure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;- Q: }1 [$ \0 b W/ f' u
Conduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients., U: Q* W$ @3 z5 W
Conduct all work within established time standards;1 r( y/ @4 T- p. S' { j* I% I

Hourly From $14 to $18 per hour based on experience;
