The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. Coordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments3 G G" Z. \5 r0 A) l: Y0 }7 F
Write and post advertising for various job vacancies
# A/ u! p6 l5 S1 r# o) B8 ^ o. w" ^Advise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines0 `/ x4 w4 ^0 \' |* D* X. O( O5 U
Manage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;# r$ ?( |5 y% Z$ O0 X# n
Oversee file management for all LMIA matters;( s* S: \6 A+ {
Ensure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;
4 H! M! ]5 A8 R* X: B- G* YConduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.- x0 l3 h( q$ B3 T T& ~# D
Conduct all work within established time standards;" p4 f& g2 T. Y" v- p; `+ E

Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
