We have an immediate looking for an entry to intermediate level administrative assistant to join our Immigration & Placement Agency. The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.

Coordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments! p: S: i; T7 c
Write and post advertising for various job vacancies
4 d) j! M# G- [7 F/ U) K$ GAdvise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines
. P$ {6 H( b: `5 _* N+ @, RManage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;
" f( @4 R M9 F$ b4 I0 rOversee file management for all LMIA matters;
) X7 u1 K/ Y" q# [Ensure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;" H6 T+ k% K# I
Conduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.

Compensation and Benefits
