We have an immediate looking for an entry to intermediate level administrative assistant to join our Immigration & Placement Agency. The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.

" L; a' r W: g* @ H8 {Coordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments- s0 }; f2 p" i2 g) j6 Z. k; T
Write and post advertising for various job vacancies- N8 \- `7 w- q5 ]$ a* t& G, v E' v
Advise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines8 T$ v! {0 H- g9 j) L! y) n
Manage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;! w! d& o# W: v; r
Oversee file management for all LMIA matters;
. E8 m. D; }2 i ]! n4 REnsure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;( j- a# C; c* m- h! |
Conduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.' H9 {! G8 }7 y: N! U7 b/ v
Conduct all work within established time standards;
