The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.$ N. M! l3 O2 {, N. j

; o1 d8 s7 M! Q5 yCoordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments
$ \; }# I B( D" l9 W- c3 b+ KWrite and post advertising for various job vacancies+ T* H% A1 F0 T% }, }- Q& `
Advise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines4 s. Z! i7 o$ ^. u; h3 w& F$ U
Manage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;& G( s, J- @' A) Y( D7 @5 Z
Oversee file management for all LMIA matters;
# ^# l8 u/ n |5 E& h" \Ensure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;9 D+ n. n' w* m6 B
Conduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.. R0 Q. T+ H! B! g& C* V7 S
Conduct all work within established time standards;

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal;

Ability to demonstrate analytically and problem solving skills within a fast-paced environment;

Strong organizational and computer skills;
